M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick in CM 1:3 on guniting/ roof/ masonary wall surface duly mixing polymer modifier of approved make as per manufacturers instruction complete finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing loose and broken concrete/ masonary surface by chiseling/ mechanically etc from the roof slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and removig to debries 50 Mtr from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling of standard aluminium section such as wall angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm main/cross tees of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, grid size n.exc. 610 x 610mm suspended with 4mm dia GI wire at interval n.exc. 600mm centre to centre for main & cross tees fixed to roof slab roof truss fixed with suitable size MS hook and fastening bolts etc including 'E' board classic 4mm thick oceanic sheet of size n.exc. 610 x 610mm size fixed in ceiling with clips to aluminium snap grid incl preparation of new surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 kg/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape mild steel wire, (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness,including nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length cranking bending spirally or hopping ends MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for non shrink, cementitious Micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in the ratio by weight 18kg aggregate: 25kg micro concrete respectively or as per manufacturer's instructions, as in sides and soffits of beams, jacketing of columns, roof slab and similar structural members including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces. The formwork shall be water tight to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying rust remover to exposed corroded reinforcement as per manufacturers instruction over prepared reinforcement ,including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar,using wire brushes ,chiseling etc and applying one coat of anti corrosive primer over prepared reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly surfaces of wall for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian Apex Suprema Ultima having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate inclusive of scaffolding at any height

M&L for preparing ceiling surfaces including rubbing with sand paper to obtain smooth surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of pimer on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel work in tubular trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161-1979, Grade St - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying curing compound on gunited surface for complete curing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm area of each tiles in floor/ steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for Columns, pillars, piers,posts and struts and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks/water staging and similar work conforming to Fe.410 W (Gde E 250 Quality B) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for Beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound of approved make Stage 3:- Applying any water proofing compound of approved make(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of any water proofing compound of approved make(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with any water proofing compound of approved make. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal any water proofing compound of approved make. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressure guniting 40 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:3 to all affected RCC structures including necessary scaffolding modyfying with mortar with polymer based resin & hardener of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions including making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Due to rebound during the pressure application,appropriate unit weight of gunniting mix (including wastage ) shall be fixed as per manufacturer instruction and shall be considered for calculation purpose and relevant documents shall be produced regarding this before execution of work

M&L RCC M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for chajjas including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate inclusive of scaffolding at any height

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat of approved make as per manufacture's instruction to bind old concrete / masonary surfaces of soffit of slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members for new gunited / cement surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and applying High build hydrophobic polyurethane waterproofing coating on slab / masonary wall cold applied of spray / brush applied coating with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 4.5 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 412, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness of min. 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes base preparation with one coat of epoxy primer resin and epoxy primer hardner. Apply SmartCare PU Magnum or approved equivalent in two coats to achieve an average thickness of 1.0 mm complete as per Manufacturere specifications. Note for item Nos.1 to 11 :- (i) work shall be got executed through authorised agent of manufacturer only as mentioned in list of makes and certificate in this regard shall be submitted before execution of work (ii) An amount of 2.5 % over quoted amount of item No.1 to 12 shall be retained as security deposit against structural repair for 5 years and any defects /leakage occured during guarantee period shall be rectified by contractor without any cost and also undertaking shall be submitted in non judicial Rs.100 stamp paper duly notarized for guarantee against this effect (iii) Rate inclusive of scaffolding at any height

M&L for drilling and fixing teflon/PVC nozzles in RCC members ,including drilling holes (drilling 12 mm dia ,40mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 600 mm c/c in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer in charge in RCC structure elements and cleaning the holes by air blower and fixing of nozzles of 12 mm dia PVC/teflon nozzles in cleaned holes of external end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun and fixing it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and curing the system for minimum 12 hrs and cutting of nozzlesby chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp , insulation etc)or insulation boards /slabs /blankets any thickness including cover fillets, grid work any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250x 7mm / 450x300x 7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
