Supply and laying and testing cable XLPE insullated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,1100 Volts, grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core including taking down unserviceable cable all as directed.

M/L for Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mx600mmx3.15 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper or brass and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed

S & F MCB single pole and Neutral 240 volts 40 Amps, C Series complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metreabove the starting point.

M/L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 150mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated cable of size 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor with all fitting ,fixing accessories and 2.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire. Note :- Two Nos of 2.5 Sqmm Wire and One No of 2.5 Sqmm Earth wire in One RM length Measured as one unit length). complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil.

Supply & fixing in replacement SMC Junction box for street light having side hinged, inside dimention 250x200x100mm including 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps rating and connecting of existing LT pole complete all as directed.

M &L for High mast pole 15 meter high Hot dip galvanized suitable for high rise support masts wind velocity as per IS 875 Part – III for installation of HF RT antenna symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assemblyfor fix of aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation M-30 Grade and reinforcement steel of grade Fe-500D as per drawing attatched complete all as specified and as directed Note : (i) RT antenna will be fixed by user. (ii) The quoted rate shall include excavation, formwork, Reinforcemnt steel of grade Fe-500D etc and all consumables for RCC foundation of M-30 grade and all other minor works and making good the surroundings and nothing will be paid extra

Supply and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 for cable protection complete with coupler etc.

M & L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronnze of size 75 x 75 x 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and as directed
