S & F 100 mm long Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm long Extruded Aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cm 1:3 all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Providing and Applying putty of 1mm thickness over newly plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including nesessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in Ground floor or paving n exc 15 cm thick above or below groung level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base, Sub Floors & Floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) including cutting holes to facilitate the taking down, inserting hold fast while provision and making good disturbed surfaces in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Square metre and n.exc 2 Square metre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and Refixing in the same opening of shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each including easing and adjusting as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other Frames/chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maxium toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minium frame density of 750 kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge), minium compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of bearing termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.) Note:- For WPC soild door/Windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulud of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with Particle board Core, in frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Supply and fix factory made Wire gauzed PVC solid wood grain printed door shutter 30mm thick (style) i.e panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S tubes. The wire gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes for inserting hold fasts in PCC block masonry built in cement mortar and making good disturbed portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or in cement mortar 1:3 as required, depth of embedded portion exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick for full brick walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium snake guard comprising nylon bristle duly secured with aluminium flat section of minimum width 30 mm and length 900 mm fixed to bottom rail of door shutter using aluminium screws complete all as specified and as directed.
