M&L for cleaning the entire fountains, removing the sludge, dewatering complete, scrapping the tiles for removal of dirt/ algea, cleaning with bleeching powder slury complete including dismantling nozzles , cleaning nozzles with air pressure etc complete for fountain for Fountain at Vatika Park to be cleaned once in a week all as specified and directed by Engr in charge Note for Item No 23to 25 :- One Job will be measure as cleaning of fountain in one week

M&L for attending servicing/ breakdown complaint/ defect of APFC panel by checking proper functionaility of MCCB, MCB, contactors, circuit wiring, microprocessor based relay and making functional by replacing defective capacitor bank, MCCB, MCB, contactor, control wiring, pitted lugs as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed . Note: a) Spare parts such as capacitor bank, MCCB, MCB, contactor shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items as supply only. b) Each Breakdown complaint/defect attended shall be measured as one job.

Supplying and laying of CPVC Ball Valve outer diameter 50mm SDR 11 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling old one.

Dismantling cable connections, pipelines connections of submersible pumpset of fountain of approx 6.5 mtr outer dia, dismantling pipelines, nozzles, electrical fitting, valves carefully and cleaning the entire fountains, removing the sludhe, dewatering complete, scrapping the tiles for removal of dirt/ algea, cleaning with bleeching powder slurry complete, refixing the pumpset pipelines, calves, underwater light fittings, cables, starter panels complete, pressure testing for balancing the flow of jets in acceptable manner all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply & Laying in repair of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 40 mm and inner dia 32 mm polythylene including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and profiled external surface for non pressue under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD, Prince or its equivalent as approved.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made indoor type APFC Panel 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system having aggregate capacity 100 KVAR in 07 stage (20 KVAR x 4 Nos + 10 KVAR x 1No + 5 KVAR x 2Nos)with incoming MCCB double door, fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, floor mounting, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-43 protection with back door openable (Screwed), including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect and including PCC work and provn of the following and including dismantling old LT panel: (i) 3P, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 315 Amps, 36 KA, Ics=100% Icu MCCB as incomer (ii) Microprocessor based power factor correction relay - 01 No (iii) Suitable rating capacitor duty contactors along with MCB TP control shall be provided. (iv) Digital voltmeter (0-500) V, Digital ammeter with slectable CT secondary 1/5 A and suitable rating of CTs shall be provided. (v) The capacitors shall be MD XL heavy duty power capacitors. (vi) Necessary indication lamps for incoming supply and capacitor bank switching shall be provided. (vii) Auto/ Manual selector switch shall be provided. (Viii) Necessary item for proper functioning of the APFC panel shall be provided and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ix) The contractor shall submit GA drawings for APFC panel before placing order.

S&F in repair RGB type LED under water light fittings suitable for fixing on foam jet type nozzle comprising of epoxy powder coated housing,enclosed with glass cover in frame,with lumen output not less than 980 lumens ,having secondary optics,min wattage 12 watt ,with ingress protection IP 68, THD less than 10 % ,CRI80,P.F0.9,IK08 SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

d) Air Compressor: Strip opening of air compressor motor of capacity 2HP, checking for any abnormality in functioning of air compressor system, cleaning/ servicing/ replacement of defective items such as MCB, motor, pitted lugs, belts, pressure sensing devices complete all as specified and as directed. Note for items No 45.01 to 45.04: (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all spare parts such as MCB, motor, pitted lugs, belts, pressure sensing devices and any other misc items which shall be required for smooth functioning of the machinery. (b) Each job per month and breakdown calls will be measured and paid seperately.

a) Washer Extractor: Strip opening of washer extractor of capacity 30 Kg, checking for any abnormality in functioning of washer extractor, cleaning/ servicing/ replacement of defective items such as MCB, contactor, heater coils, control wiring, motor, pitted lugs, belts complete including removing wastage/ chocked material from pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Servicing of 5 Ton capacity Manual operated crane installed at Main Power house, by removing chain pulley and cleaning with oil, removing dust/ rust particles, cleaning locking clips, greasing, complete overhauling of chain pulley for smooth functioning, checking the horizontal and vertical movement of crane, inspecting the horizontal and vertical wheel movements, cleaning with oil, removing dust/ rust particles and replacement of bearings if necessary as per site requirement and applying grease to the moving parts complete including painting to the crane, girder and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) The quoted rate inclusive of all consumables, minor part, painting to the crane and Girder. (ii) The colour for paint will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only capcitor duty contactor suitable for 20 KVAR/ 25 KVAR conforming to IEC 60947-4-1, encapsulated with damping resistors complete all as specified. Make: L&T/ C&S/ Indo Asian/ Schneider.

Supply & laying as in repair perforated cable tray made up of hot dip GI of thickness 2.00 mm, height 50 mm and width of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing LED Rope light of length not less than 50mtr and having 120 LEDs per mtr with total lumen output not less than 22500 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 450 lumens per mtr min wattage 450 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and SPD of capacity 10 KV etc incl 2 set of strip connector and 1 set of driver, necessary clamps etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note;- Material and labour for CPVC pipes, valves, underwater lights, starting panels, timer panels, water tight insulation tape, pumpset will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down of old UG Cable of any size/core and any type complete from trenches/cable duct/on wall/roof carefully, identifying for faults, dismantling unserviceable cable and saggregating serviceable cable for reuse all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F DOL Motor Starter 5HP comprising of steel body with powder coated paint, 415V, 3.7KW 50-60Hz including circuit breaker, suitable contactor, overload relay, with Start and stop button for manual control, including Indicator lamp complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.
