S & F XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors, 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches /fixing on wall / poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 160 mm and inner dia of 136 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof outdoor type L.T. panel board factory fabricated indoor cubicle/ kiosk type totally enclosed IP 43 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber /wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/ vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly spray painted grey hammer tone with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of gray or any other approved colour, including connecting with L.T. armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs of aluminum complete all as specified and directed and consisting of following :-

(a) Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps for 3 phase & neutral (b) MCCB 4 pole 315 Amp 36 KA 415 V - 2 Nos. as Incoming (c) On Load Changeover Switch 315 Amps 415V - 01 No (d) Digital Volt meter (0-500 V) with selector switch (e) Digital Ammeter CT operated 0 to 500 Amp with phase selector switch (f) Indicator lamp (RYB) - 3 Nos (g) Blank Space for Mounting of MCCBs

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.

Supply only HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120 mm and inner dia of 103 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning CPRI approved LT Panel outdoor, floor mounted ,cubical, self supported, CPRI approved make, front and rear openable, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and slopping top canopy, suitable ventilations on both sides with wire mesh, IP-52 protection with dust and vermin proof etc. fabricated out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank chemical process, mounted/ fixed on and including MS angle iron stand / frame 40 cm height from FFL, fabricated out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angles duly painted with black enamel synthetic paint over a red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC (1:3:6) foundation, control wiring copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cables not less than 1.5 Sqmm, suitable size /capacity of copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar, earth bus strip of suitable size for entire length of panel, suitable size of MS gland with gland plate and alluminium lugs/ thimbles for all incoming /out going cables etc.complete all as directed by Engr -in -charge including and accommodating the followings:-

BUSBAR : Aluminium busbars PVC colour sleeved 400 Amps capacity TPN mounted on hygroscopic insulator duly colour coded RYB sleeves INCOMING : Change over switch with 4 pole 415 V, 400 Amps capacity - 02 Nos OUTGOING : MCCB 4 Pole 400 Amps 36 KA - 01 No (i) Suitable CT's and selector switch -01 set (ii) LED type Phase Indicator with controlling fuses for RYB - 01 set . (iii) Three phase electronic multimeter, 415 Volts, Model - A, class - I, 5 Amp capacity Make: - L&T/ GE/ Siemens/ Havells - 01 No. All accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable or strip including foundation as per manufacturer's instruction all as required and directed.
