Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface, compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brishes fro removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all dust and dirt and applying evenly tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 SQM of surface area using paving bitumen and laying of 40mm thick (compected thickness) of premixed carpet with 0.54 Cum of stone chips mixed with 29.20Kg/10Sqm bitumen binder (VG-10) rolled and consolidated with power road roller 8 to 10 tone and providing sand seal coat with 0.06Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm of bitumeneous binder (VG-10) , rolled to surface to have uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Bitumeneous premxing shall be dome in mechanical mixture and laid maually.)
