M & L for providing retro-reflective sign board made of 3 mm thick ACP sheet, digital printing on high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting type -IV with lamination as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the board and with the high intensity grade. The ACP sheet to be riveted of SS 304 grade frame of size 50mm x 2mm thick round pipe and inner frame 25 x 25 x1.50mm tube. The boards shall be fixed to No. 50mm x 2mm round post 3m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of ACP sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate primimg coat complete in all respect as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Crompton/ KSB/Kirloskar Note : PCC Stagging for pumping set of size 0.5m x 0.6m x .45m and cover shed suitable for pump to save from rain water are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

S & F single phase DOL starter in S.S. enclosure for upto 2 HP capacity pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing, GI water tubing, medium grade, of size 100mm dia bore confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing GI tubing with fittings / connections, in trenches / ceilings /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth strip of size 25x4mm by mean of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) Earth strip & GI protection pipe as required will be measured under this item irrespective of length. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not found according to the relevent Indian standards it is to be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge at no extra cost to the Dept.
