M & L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top painted surfaces/ concrete surfaces of runway by removing of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc and painting to lines, dashes, arrows, letters, boxes etc exceeding 10 cm width with one coat of water based Acrylic Runway Marking paint of colour white and golden yellow complete all as speicifed. Note (a). The work shall be executed as and when required basis/ urgent basis within the time limit as directed by the Engineer-in- charge and users during any season or weather condition or at any time during the day or night as ordered/ required at site and as directed the Engineer-in-charge and users and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) The work is required to be executed in highly restricted area along main runway, hence work shall be executed during Non-Flying hours either during day or night without causing any distrurbance for flying. Proper safety arrangement and eqpts shall be provided by the contractor for workmen and nothing shall be paid extra on his account.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top painted surfaces/ concrete surfaces of Taxiway marking and Turning Pads of runway by removing of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc and painting to lines, dashes, arrow, letters, boxes etc exceeding 10 cm width or girth (Retro Reflective Type) of colour yellow with white or black boders, cold applied type, applied by skilled painter/ applicators of wet film tihickness of 400 micron in single coat and dry film thickness of 200 micron and coverage @ the rate of 0.4 ltr to 0.5 ltr per square metre and application of drop on glass beads type IV (Reflective Index 1.5) @ 350 gm per square metre complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for Forming Expansion Joint, 12mm thick, filled with Preformed Bituminous Filler and top 30mm Primed and sealed with Sealing Compound Grade "B" for 100mm thick slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing high intensity prismatic/ flurocent self adhesive radium self encapsulated tape, deep orange colour, as in letters (Black, Roman, Italic or Indian) including necessary stops, commas, short lines, dahses, brackets etc size of letter over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old pained/decorated paver blocks at flag hoisting point surfaces by applying one coat of Acrylic floor paint pattern type (red/white/yellow) of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Periodical Cleaning / Desilting of existing of Runway Cross Drains [Closed / Open] or Drains adjacent to Runway of any Cross Section and any Depth, in any condition including Foul Condition, by desilting Silt, Grit, Mud, Debris, Sludge Deposits, Pebbles, Stones, Vegetation, Waste Material Deposits etc. including bailing out water by mechanical pump as required etc., temporary diversion of drain water as required, Cleaning / Removing Manually / Mechanically for Smooth / Free flow of Drainage water etc. and removing the Materials / Debris / Spoil to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM and depositing in low laying areas Outside the MD Land including removing and replacing cover slabs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar or cement lime mortar for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles, precast block walling etc. including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted/ decorated concrete surfaces applying one coat of Acrylic paint pattern type (red/ white/ yellow) of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted/ decorated concrete surfaces for GTC east Hut, GTC East/West, DIWE pole, GTC post pillars, Windsocks pole, HRDF Hut, IAAMS, Met surface observatory, culvert, retaining wall, ARP, Base of all PAPI units and sentry post, Met surface observatory surface by applying one coat of Acrylic paint (red/white/yellow) of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding / Flooring, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 [using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], water troughs and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs DGTM boards made of acrylic sheet 4 to 5mm with 6 Nos of 100 mm dia air pressure clearance holes per board including fixing the board to frame work made up of heavy duty PVC pipes. The frame shall consists of 03 Nos of 63mm dia PVC pipe heavy duty PVC pipes (class-5) conforming to IS : 4985 of 10 Kgf/sqcm as in vertical post of approximate height 1.28m each duly covered as top with PVC pipes cap and inner connected at top, middle and bottom width 25 mm dia heavy duty PVC pipes (Class 5) conforming to IS-4985 of 10 Kgf/Sqcm with suitable reducer tee joints and jointed with PVC solvent cement, fixing the acrlic board with suitable PVC bushes and stainless steel screws, washers and nut & bolts to PVC pipes, inserting the frame in suitable GI/MS pipe embedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) of size 450x450x600 mm, including necessary earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 m, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer to MS pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
