HOT WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix of electric water heater storage type capacity 25 ltrs, BEE 5 star rated and including all necessary GE fittings such as sockets, union, bend, tee and necessary PVC connection complete by fixing.frounting 04 Nos bolts & nuts of suitable size and length into the wall for fixing the same including testing all as directed. Supply and fix CP Brass/copper pipe connection with 02 Nos bolts & rubber washer 15mm size 450mm long

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for cutting of existing GE/CI pipe line of size 10mm for insertion of tee 100 x 100 x 80mm and tell piece and jointing material complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing sluice valve 80mm dia with iron wheel head, stem-class 1.0 PN including connection, testing all as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, Install and commissioning of factory made and tested CPRI approved poder coated out door type compartmentalized cubical LT feeder panel box of size 1200 x1500x 450mm, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet weather vermine proof suitable for operation on 415 volts,50Hz,3 Phase 4 Wire, AC supply complete with LI legs 30cm above FL & 35cm below FL including PCC for mounting the panel with gland plates,lifting hooks,ventilating louvers,bus bars,inter with copper control wiring connections,earthing,labeling electrical inter locking suitable for termination of cables including supply and fixing of the following switch gear and accessories in the panel complete as required , having protection IP 65 complete all as specified with following Items.
