The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: The past performance of the bidder is considered, with a weightage of 50%. Additionally, the Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% for past performance - 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier - 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 3. Udyam Registration and validation online through Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). 4. Relevant documentary evidence in respect of the offered product or service. 5. Certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods. 6. Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC to be submitted along with the bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial years.
