The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity - Last three Financial years The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate of Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant 4. Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC 5. Udyam Registration (for MSEs) Note that Indian Standards are preferred over foreign certifications, and foreign/international certifications should not be mandated if Indian Standards exist.
