Chair Writing , Chair Writing. The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Overall size shall be 900mm long,561.20 mm wide and 750mm high.All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top ,shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated extrior grade board.The frame of table shall be of 25MM thick.The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading.The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage.Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only.The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers .Rest all as per drg. Computer Chair , Computer Chair. The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30 percentage glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Almirah Large Steel with Shelves , Almirah Large Steel with Shelves Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. The base shall be made o ftwo numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U Shaped with ends covered.Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be upto full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top,sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shalll have two leaves of equal size Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung.Alll joints,welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship.Rest all as per drg. One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing. The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shalll be painted with two coats of smoke grey paint internally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces.All Dimensions shape and size shall be followed as per drg.All joints,fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications.Rest all as shown on drg. Rack side 3 spaces , Rack side 3 spaces. Overall size shall be 840mm long,355mm wide and 810mm high. Four mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm shall be provided as legs and shall be 810mm high.The middle shelf shall be equally spaced between top and bottom shelves.The thickness of sheet shall be 1mm .Top shelf shall have three compartments or spaces equally spaced with 50mm high partition and back covering with mild steel sheet 1mm thick. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placedin postition shall be given two coast of enamel paint over a coat pf preparation of surfaces.Painting shall be done with spray machine. Drg No FD-97(M)

Bed hard 6 X 3 , Bed hard 6 X 3. Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board..25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed.All metal /iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg. Drg No FD/E6/MAP/08(R )

Locker Bed side steel , Locker Bed side steel. The overall size of the table bed side 450mm x 450mm x 500mm (front) and 650mm H in rear as shown in drg. The frame shall be of 18mm square hollow pipe of 18 gauge. It shall be made up of BWR plywood of grade A of specified thickness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board. 1mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine grade adhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the edges of drawers. Each drawer shall be provided with 2 x Nos of stainless steel telescopic channels. Drawer shall be provided with 100mm long 8mm dia chrome plated handles Rest all specifications and dimensions are as per drg All metal surface shall be dry powder coated in black and all unlaminated surfaces shall be polished in satin/mat melamine finish of walnut shade after preparation of surfaces.
