Soil Investigation 9 , Comlpetion and analysis of laboratory and field test results and submission of reports in 4 sets containing NSBC SBC and settlement test results graphs charts calculations etc along with recomendations for selections of type of foundation with supporting design details complete

Counsultancy Sl No 1 , Providing feasible and cost economic solution to retain the water at ANCEPTA check dam locations which will include the following Providing detailed design along with design calculations and drawing for a water retaining RCC wall of 3 to 3 and half m height with shear key and water tight expansion or Construction or ccontraction joints alongwith existing earthern embankment to retain the water in the pond at ANCEPTA location based on the soil paramaters obtained including necessary vetting by IIT NIT any other Govt Institute Ascertain suitability of the existing soil for making earthern embankment detailed drawings of the earthern embankment to retain the water upto depth of 3 to 4m alongwith suitable measures for slope stabilization and prevent seepage piping failure from the embankment as per IS 12169 IS 789 and latest revisions Providing detailed design along with design calculations and drawings for a energy dissipation structure on downstream of spillway of approx height 2 and halfm including necessary vetting by IIT NIT any other Govt Institute Providing complete bills of quantities with estimates or quantities take off abstract market analysis for various services as listed above incl bill of quantities of services specifications or make for the materials not covered in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2022 Part II and Suggest measure to improve BOD or other water parameters of the water at the ANCEPTA pond

Counsultancy Sl No 2 , The drawings and other detailied calculation folders shall be submitted in 03 sets The soft copies shall be submitted in 03 sets for all the above drawings and documents Suggestion by Users and accepting officer on the details or scheme or design drawings and finalized specifications as communicated shall be incorporated by the consultant and he shall resubmit the details design and documents duly incorporated or vetted by any IIT NIT Govt Institute along with 05 sets of complete drawing set consisting of all Architectural structural and E and M drawings in minimum A1 size alongwith one original tracing set and two CDs consisting of soft copy Note The BoQ submitted by the consultant should be as per the item rates quoted by the civil contractor For BoQ items not available in the contract aggrement SSR or Market rate with proper rate analysis shall be submitted by the consultant

Counsultancy Sl No 3 , Site visits of the Geotech structural counsultant during excecution of the work for confirmation review of the scheme design and providing supplementary review design of the scheme if required
