Peg Table , Peg Table. Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm. Rack shoe steel , Overall size shall be 700mm long and 300 mm wide and 880mm high. The legs of the shoe rack shall be of 25mm dia MS Pipe of 18 gauge. The five shelves of the rack shall be of 20 mm dia MS Pipe of 18 guage welded to legs. It shall be made up of BWR Plywood of grade A of specified thickness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board. 1mm thick laminated shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine grade adhesive including 6 mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided around the edges of drawers. All metal surface shall be dry powder coated in black and all unlaminated surfaces shall be polished in satin or mat melamine finish of walnut shade after preparation of surface.

Table center two tier , Table Center two tier. Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of seasoned 1 st class hardwood teakwood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the edges of top. Legs shall be made out of 60 mm x 30 mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20 mm x 50mm in section and 420 mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50 mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the edges of both the tops. 25mm dia hard rubber/ PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12 mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood cemmercial 6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high portion shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. The frame of mirror shall be overall size of 410 mm wide and 790mm high fixed at 150mm from top of tower base. The entire box shall be made of 12mm thick pre laminated MDF board except back and bottom which shall be of 12mm thick plywood. The sides of the drawers shall be made of 12mm thick commercial ply with bottom of 6mm ply and front of 12mm thick pre laminated MDF board. The mirror of 380 mm x 760 mm shall be provided with its wooden frame made of 25mm x 35mm teak wood battens. The bach shall be of 6mm thick plywood 5.5mm thick mirror distortion free shall be provided on 6mm thick plywood backing 3mm thick flat iron key plates of MS. Two knobsof aluminium anodized dark brown in shade shall be provided to both the drawers. 25mm x 25mm in section shall be provided at top of mirror and painted with black paint.
