Bin Solied linen Multi purpose , Overall size 1000 x 380 x 760mm . Bottom rest made of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side 900 x 280 x 75mm joined in long short sides. Bin 1000 x 380 x 385mm. Back side 19mm thick pre laminated particle board 1000mm long 685mm high. Sides of 19mm thick pre laminated particle board 380mm wide 685mm high. Top bottom of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board 1000 x 380mm. A vertical partition be provided at 400mm from inner face of left hand side which of 19mm thick pre laminated particle board. A shelf be provided in the middle of left portion which 19mm thick pre laminated particle board shall remain uncovered. Two drawers a cupboard be provided on the right hand side of the bin. Bottom sides back front of drawers of 12mm thick prelaminated partcle board. Partition between the drawers of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board. Front shutter of cupboard be hinged with continuous piano type hing side hung. The shutter have eight vertical slots of 19x180mm with gap of 19mm made in the center of the shutter.The shutter provided with 100mm long mild steel powder coated handle and ball spring catch as shown on drawing. 19mm thick prelaminated particle board 543x40mm be provided as base support in the front under the drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers of 20x20mm in section fixed to drawers. Teak wood bearers two numbers be of 20x20mm in section fixed to drawers on the outer sides in such a way that it rns smoothly over beares fixed on the sides of the partitions. A handle be fixed in the center of the each drawer with 100mm long powder coated mild steel. All front edges of prelaminated particle bd fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr in charge. The shutter have 4mm thick teak wood edging all round its edges. All exposed surfaces of teak wood shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. ON right hand side top of bin an abestos sheet plain provided which shall be 6mm thick and 230mm.

Bath Mat PVC , Bath Mat PVC The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material .The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm Lx300mm Wx250mmH.The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm.The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm.The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffener moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs. Make AMKO or equivalent

Board notice 6 feet x 4 feet , Board notice 6 feet x 4 feet All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 1830mm long, 1220mm high. Sides, top and bottom shall be be of first class hard wood teak (MP) frame 01 in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Green Baize cloth of best quality shall be fixed on 12mm thick soft board fixed on 6mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drawing. Front shall have two shutters open-able hinged on sides Front frame of shutter shall have styles and ralls of 45mm wide and 25mm thick teakwood. Two horizontal stiffeners 19mm x 25mm in section shall be provided at equal spacing as shown on drawing. One vertical stiffener 19mm x 25mrn shall be provided in the center. Glass for glazing in front shutters shall be 3mm thick fixed with 10mm x I0mm teak wood beads. 75mm long hinges, two in numbers to each shutter shall be provided. 40mm x 25mm x 3mm thick key plates shall be provided all as shown on drawing. All wood sur1aces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Steel and iron surfaces shall be given two coats of paint over a coat of primer.

Charpoy IP with hard top , Charpoy IP with hard top Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .one nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg..PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each leg. All steel surfaces shall be painted with synthetic enamel black in color before applying a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg

Chair Dinning , Chair Dinning Chair Dining with Seat cushioned shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood (Teakwood). Seat shall be 75mm thick of polyurethane foam density of 32 Kg/Cu.m covered with fabric of acrylic/polyester/polypropylene and upholstered with good quality leatherised of make Sleep well/Kurl on/Coir foam as approved by GE. Plywood for seat shall be 12mm thick melamine faced pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS-3087-1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges. Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood edging and shall be fixed as specified and directed. Nylon buffers shall be of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. All wooden surfaces exposed to view (except under sides of frame and bottom of legs) shall be French polished. All other item or fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms

Chair Writing , Chair Writing The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant..Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Chair Easy FD , Chair Easy FD Overall size shall be 510 mm long 575mm wide and 720mm high. All wood shall be first class teak MP. Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mmx55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mmx55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmx100mm in section out of 60mmx100mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmx100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mmx25mm in section teak wood to form the frame Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.

Chair Varandah , Chair Varandah The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all as per drg.

Locker Bed side steel , Locker Bed side steel DIMENSION Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. DESCRIPTION The locker shall be made of mild steel sheet 1mm thick.20 mm dia conduit pipe shall be chrome plated with wall thickness of 1.6 mm shall be fixed with side sockets.Two handles chromium plated 100mm long shall be fixed to shutters with necessary riveting . One hasp and staple 75mm long shall also be fixed to shutters with riveting.The left shutters shall be provided with 100mm long tower bolt inside at upper and lower ends also.The locker shall be provided with compartments as shown in drgs made of 1mm MS sheet. FINISH All steel surface internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of green hammer paint internally and externally after properly smoothened the surface with sand paper and applying putty. A Mark of MES shall also be provided at top left corner of front shutter of visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all specifications are as per drg .

Hat stand with mirror , Hat stand with mirror DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1330 mm long, 710mm high. DESCRIPTION The inner frame shall be of 50mmx20mm teak wood battens six in nos .The back and front of frame shall be covered with 6mm thick commercial ply.The edges of the frame shall be covered with 6mmx35mm teak wood edging fixed alround the frame with headless nails and adhesive.Six brass pegs 120mm long shall be fixed over the wooden membrane with brass screws as shown in drg.5mm thick looking mirror of (saint gobian,Modiguard/Atul) shall be provided as shown on drg with beading alround . Mild steel key plate shall be provided at both top corners of the hat stand. FINISH All teak wood surfaces shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drgs

Peg Table , Peg Table DIMENSION Overall size shall be 450mm long,300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm.The legs shall be 362mm high.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two nos top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs.Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs .A centre stiffeners of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg.Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade.4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the top edges of table. FINISH All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish.Rest all as per drg.

Recepticle PVC , Recepticle PVC The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic .It shall be of capacity 20 liters, provided with lid and handle as shown in drg.

Table Centre , Table Centre DIMENSION Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. DESCRIPTION All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber or PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. FINISH All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be 60mm x 30mm in section throughout and 741 mm high, four in numbers, Joined together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mm x 110mm in section provided flush with top of legs. The left hand side portion, viewing from front shall have drawers of 300rnrn wide. 25mm x 40mm in section teak wood stiffener on one side and 20mm x 30mm in sectlon teak wood fillet on other side of drawer shall be provided as shown on drawing. Track rails 25mm x 25mm In section on one side and 30mm x 25mm in section on other side of drawers having rebate for guide rails as 12mm x 12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on drawing. The sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110 mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawer shall be of 20mm x 110mm in section teak wood plan. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood. Two bottom rails, one on each short side, shall be provided of 20mm x 60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides. The top shall be of 18mrn thick particle board commercial over which 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet shall be fixed, 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be- provided al-round-the top of table. The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

At bottom, 100mm high from bottom, side wooden lower rails of 20mm x 60mm in section shall be provided in short sides Joining legs in short sides. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided in legs at top of legs in portion visible 10 view when placed in position. table top shall be of 18 mm thick particle board commercial over which 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet shall be fixed with fevicol irrespective of what is shown on drawing. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all-round the edges of top of table. The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be on projection on any sides. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/PVC shoes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom of all legs.

Table dressing ladies with mirror , Table dressing ladies with mirror The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides, top ,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg.

Table dressing gents with mirror , Table dressing gents with mirror All as per Drg, the frame shall be strictly as per drg and in wqange / teak colour as approved. The mirror shall be of 5mm thickness of best quality. The door leaf shall be fixed with continous piyno hingis of brass, 2x magnatick catchers shall be provided to catch and close the door leaf.

Table writing Med , Table writing Med DIMENSION Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION All wood shall be of first class hard teak wood except top and right hand side drawer cabinet. Legs shall be of 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs at the portion when placed in position. The top shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Two short stiffeners of teak wood of size 50mmx40mm in section irrespective of what is shown on drg shall be provided between legs at 100mm from bottom of legs. Sides of the box which house the drawer and cabinet shall be 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6 mm thick plywood commercial.6mm thick plywood commercial 75mm high partition shall be provided in the drawer. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with piano type continuous hinges. Lock shall be provided to drawer and shutters. Recessed handle shall be provided to drawer and shutter.25mm dia and 25mm high rubber shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs. FINISH All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Teapoy Verandah , Teapoy Verandah Overall size shall be 700mm long 400mm wide and 540mm high. The legs, top centre stiffener, top rails and bottom rails shall be of 18mm square MS pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.Base tray made of 5mm dia MS bar 12x10 nos at equidistant shall be made and fixed as shown on drg.The top shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board of approved shade and the edges shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading. Hard rubber shoe shall also be fixed to the bottom of each leg.The steel frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel black colour.Rest all as per drg.

Teapoy wooden , Teapoy wooden DIMENSION The overall size shall be 600mm long, 450mm wide and 540mm high. DESCRIPTION The legs shall be 60mmx30mm in section and 497 mm high and shall be of teak wood.5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided at the visible portion of top of legs. Top rails of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 510mm long shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. A centre rail of size 20mmx50mm shall also be provided lengthwise at centre in between the side bottom rails irrespective of what is shown on drg.25mm thick and 25mm dia hard rubber or PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws.Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging al-round the top of table. FINISH All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg

Stool dressing with cushion , Stool dressing with cushion All as prt Drg, the frames shall be made with 19m thick T.W particle board and the cushion shall be provided as removable dunlop cushion. First grade kiln plant seasoned teak wook as per IS-1331-1971 free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture contents permissible as per IS 207-1973. all wood work and teak veneered surface shall be french posished.

Side board , Side board Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750mm high. Back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm MDF, Sides shall be 450mm wide and 675mm high pre-laminated particle bd 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF. Base shall be of 75mm high 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF fixed at 25mm from front and sides. Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd 18mm thick MDF. A veticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd /18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of right hand side pre-laminated particle board/18mm thick MDF. Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space. Three pieces of particle board 40mmx19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawers. Bottom, sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick particle bd. The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle bd/18mm thick MDF 20mm x20mm teak wood bearers fixed exactly in centre of both sides of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer. Another 20mm x20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the vertical of the side bd in such a way the the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly. On left side compartment two horizontal shelves, equally spaced shall provided as shown on drawing. The size of shelves shall be 610mm long, and 387 mm wide. Two catch spring shall be provided to shutters as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer fininsh.

Sofa Set 5 seater with cushion , Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces.. All wood shall be of first class teak wood MP legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front . Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. The top of front rail and side rails shall be 300mm from bottom of legs. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support wood battens of 50mm x 20mm in section. 21 numbers wooden battens shall be provided for the seat of large three seat set and 7 numbers wooden battens shall be provided to the set of one seat set. Arm rests shall be made to shape of size 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm, 14 numbers battens of teak wood shall be provided for the long seat and four numbers of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of back rest. 30mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs, 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm three numbers in seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat. In one seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in back and one in seat of size 530mm x 560mm. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 32 density as approved by Engineer in charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest.Rest all as per drg.
