Providing & fixing suspended (Decorative type) false ceiling using 12.5mm thick Gypsum boards confirming to IS 2095-1982 and GI framework of Gyp steel or approved equivalent as per architectural drawing and instructions comprising of following. 1. Providing 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters with frame made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam.
