Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials. (a) All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm ( + 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: (a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approvedmanufacturer in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and Fixing Mild Steel Anchor Bolts with top 30 cm portion galvanised of Required Diameter and Length ( Diameter Varying from 16mm to 32mm ) and length up to 1.10 Mtrs as per approved drawings for Tower Foundation including Making Steel Templates with Necessary Holes to suit the Diameter of the Anchor Bolts including Mechanical threading to the top 15 centimeter length of Bolts , welding with necessary MS Plates at the bottom of independent anchor bolts ,etc.complete .The Anchor Bolts and Template shall be fixed to line and Level keeping the Centre to Centre Distance in tact ,inside the Centring and shuttering of the Tower Beams Before doing concreting of Tower Foundation .( The Rate includes the cost of all Labour involved in the above process of operation inclusive Materials ,Transportation and Fixing Charges and Nothing Extra shall be Paid )

Carriage of tower materials with mechanical transportation from Shadipur stores at port blair to Mannarghut BSNL tower site including, loading, unloading and stacking at destinate location with tarpaulin sheet covering etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (a) Upto 43 kms. (Weight of tower materials may vary from 9.0 MT to 10 MT.)

Supply of missing tower materials conforming to ISRC Specifications using MS hot dipped galvanised angle sections conforming to specification attached to the respective towers including ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, GI Nut and bolts etc. . MS angles of Yst 22/210 grade and conforming to IS 1161 etc complete

Erection of four legged light weight communication tower of 40 mts. height, including insurance, sorting and listing of tower materials as per chart/drawing supplied by the manufacturer/ BSNL and placing of anchor bolts and templates and fixing in the columns, beams, etc all complete. (Note 1: Necessary safety measures shall be adopted while erecting the tower to ensure the safety of men and materials and adjacent properties). (Note 2: The safe custody of tower materials will be the responsibility of the agency from the time of handing over by department till the handing over of tower to concerned authorities.) (Weight of tower materials may vary from 9.0 MT to 10 MT.)

Providing and applying high gloss synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and colour ( International white and orange) over approved base coats of 'ETCH ' primer and zinc chromate primer for four legged galvanized ground based communication tower as per specifications enclosed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge, for 40 m GBT (Weight of tower materials may vary from 9.0 MT to 10 MT.)
