Consultancy Services for Comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Planning preparation of BOQ and Designing for the Renovation of the Interior Decor of the VVIP Rooms in the ALHW Guest House at Anarkali Basti, Sri Vijaya Puram. The work comprising of the following: a) To prepare interior drawings of the existing building, Tender Specification & BOQ for floating of tender for inviting quotes from qualified and experienced Civil Contractor for the renovation& interior decor work b) To provide technical Guidance on Renovation/ decor Work of in the bidding document for selection of the Civil Contractor. c) To work with the selected Civil Contractor through the tendering process as an Architect Consultant for execution of the renovation/decor work up to its completion. d) To confirm that the Contractor is following the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and that the work adheres to the agreed upon specifications as per the Work Order issued. e) To make on-site supervision and review of the progress of work on the given time frame as mentioned in the work order of the Civil Contractor. f) To guide the Civil Contractor on the Quality and Standard of Material as per CPWD Schedule to be specified in their work order. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all costs, including round-trip transportation charges of employees of consultancy firm, boarding and lodging expenses, local conveyance for all personnel engaged by the agency during the entire contract period, as well as all labour charges, GST and applicable port entry charges, if any
