Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement,1.5 crushed stone sand and 3 stone chips 20 mm nominal size), including cost of cement, pulverised sand and stones from any approved quarry, fabrication and shuttering charges which will be paid seperately and including cost of hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator cost of crushed stone sand sand, stone chips, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges for mixing concrete, placing consolidation, curing, minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Work including cutting of bending,binding and placing in position cost of G.I. binding wire,cost of transporation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools et complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing form work including centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, shuttering and proping etc (Height of proping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 m) and removal of the same in situ reinforcement Cement Concrete and plain concrete work using standard hard wood including cost of timber, all labour charges, nails, cost of minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws of with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and skles with required PVC / neoprene felt etc.. aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium strap beading for glazing / pannelling, CP brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For Fixed Portion, complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated three layor medium density (exterior grade) particle boad Grade 1. Type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screw etc.complee as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge, complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing and fixing 20 cm thick masonry with Hollow block of size 0.40 X 0.20 X 0.20 cast with Cement Concret 1:3:6 (one cement, three crushed stone sand and six stone chips 20mm and down size) including cost of cement, curing fixing with CM 1:4 in walls , again curing, cost of crushed stone sand, all labour charges for casting,curing, walling, hire charges of Hollow block casting machine,cost of timber pallets, scafolding arrangements, including transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools etc complete.The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement and 4 River sand) for 12 mm thick over sump and hollow block wall, exposed concrete surface etc, including cost of cement, river sand, screening and washing of the all sand, all charges, curing, transportation charges of all materials to work site and minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing 5 cm thick cement concrete flooring in C.C 1:2:4 (1 Cement,2 pulverised stone sand and 4 stone chips 2 cm nominal size)finished with a floating coat of cement @ 20.41 Kg/9.29 sqm as directed by the EIC , including cost of cement, stone chips, crushed stone sand ,screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying and placing consolidation , curing, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator , transportation charges of all materials to work site,all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc complete.The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sump, by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry, complete.The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.

Supply of Un-Skilled Mazdoor for Operation and maintenance of RO plant , removing of existing old barrack and other miscellaneous works etc as and when required including cost of all labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.The rate is inclusive of consumable item and GST.
