Dismantling of Modular HDPE cubical units 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.40 mtr, fixed in existing jetty at Elephanta beach near ticket counter and replace by the new fittings and handover the damaged fittings to the site incharge at Swaraj Dweep excluding cost of Modular HDPE cubical unites 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.40 mtr. which will be paid separetely but including cost of transportation charges, all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess, minor tools.etc complete.

Supply of HDPE floating cubical units for strenghthing the floating jetty. The HDPE floater should be made from Virgin High Density polyethylene made of Lupolen 5261 Z HI and each cube size shoud be 50cmx50cmx40cm and weight should be 8.50 to9 kg (+/-5% ) with load carrying capacity of not less than 360 kg/sqm. The thickness of lugs should be 22mm and the thickness of separate cover should be 15mm. The walls of the cube should be universal that is similar cubes of other manufactures should easily fit. Each module should have an Anti-skid Top surface as an intergral part of the module thus making the surface the best Anti-skid surface available worldwide. There should be ducts in the walls of the float-these ducts can be used for passing cabling if required. Rate shall be inclusive of cost of all taxes, GST, cost of minor tool & plants, incidental charges, etc complete. ( Note: Test certificates should be submitted for material properties shall be acceptable which are provided report by CIPET india or any reputed research cenre which are acceptable internationally along with the cubical units.) (ALL HDPE accessories must be suitable for the above HDPE cubes of Size 50cmx50cmx40cm and weight should be 8.50 to 9 kg (+/- 5%)
