Providing, fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting and erecting in position including detailing of tubular structure consisting of M.S Pipe of steel hollow sections, ISI marked from TATA/SAIL/RINL/JSW/or approved equivalent make, confirming to IS 1161/4923, Grade YST 310(131.98 MT) and YST- 240 Mpa 273x21.44mm (6.40 MT)rolled section & Plates confirming to IS 2062 (Grade YST- 310)in the profile shaped as per approved drawings with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc. using SAW/MAW/MIG welding process, including transportation, cutting threading, machining , all leads and lifts up to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved. The Structural members will be painted with 320 DFT anti-corrosive protection coating using Jotun paint or approved equivalent with first coat of primer barrier with Zinc epoxy (for base and hardener components)to a DFT of 60micron,second coat with epoxy micaceous iron oxide primer of 180 micron in single coat offering fast recoat interval with hard dry in 3 hours@ 23o C, minimum volume solids of 74 % and having VOC 240 gm/litre like pen guard express M10 or approved equivalent and final coat with two components High gloss Acrylic polyurethane finish paint with volume solids of minimum 63%, having VOC 320 gm/litre. Hard top XP or approved equivalent. The DFT in two cots shall be 80 micron. The DFT measurement should be in accordance with SSPC SPA-2 and the entire paint system shall be of same manufacturer. Hard top white of which first coat shall be at ground and second coat after erection including touch-up of damaged area of already painted surface if any, up to all heights including preparation of surface with the use of power tools clean to minimum ST 2 (SIO 8501-1-2007) or SSPC-SP3. All scales must be removed and areas which cannot be prepared adequately by chipping or needle fun should be spot blasted to a minimum standard of Sa 2 (ISO-8501-1-2007) or SSPC-SP6.The structural steel member shall be thoroughly cleaned before application of primer/paint. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge complete.

The rate shall include cost of all materials of M.S structure, welding etc. including all wastages due to cutting to required profile as per GFC drawings, tools & plants, transportation from main land to site, labour involved in all the operation like shifting of materials, straightening, bending, cutting to required shape and size, fabrication, welding, machining, threading, assembling, priming, painting , hoisting fixing in position/erection up to all leads & lifts with specialized machineries/ necessary mechanical appliances such as lifting tackel, winch/ heavy cranes including all taxes etc. complete. M.S Plates for built-up section, purlins, HDG bolts & nuts shall be paid separately.
