Providing form work including centering shuttering so as to give rough finish strutting and propping etc.height of propping and centering below supporting floors to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work using standard hard wood including cost of timber, all labour charges, transportation charges of material to worksite, nail, cost of minor tools etc,complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Providing and fixing 10 cm thick masonary with Hollow block of size 0.40 X 0.10 X 0.10 m cast with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three quarry dust and six 11.2 mm stone chips), curing, fixing with CM 1:4 (1 cement & 4 pulverised stone sand) in walls, including cost of pulverised stone sand, all labour charges for casting, curing, walling, hire charges of Hollow block casting machine, cost of timber pallets, including cost of cement, including transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools, etc., complete.The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Mainland River sand) for 12mm thick over hollow block wall, exposed concrete surface etc, including cost of cement with (OPC Gr-43, IS 8112:1989), cost of mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of minor tools etc., complete.The rate is inclusive of consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Steel work in built up G.I. tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers, including cost of G.I. pipe, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools and plants etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, gaurd bar, ladders, raillings, brackets, gates & similar works, cost of all other materials, all labour charges and transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools etc., complete.The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Providing and fixing of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by EIC) 0.50mm (+0.05%) totalcoated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as pe IS: 277, in 240 mpa stell grade, 5-7 microns epoxyprimer om both sides of the sheet and polyster to coat 15-18 microns. Sheetshould have protective guard film of 25 meter or as disired by EIC.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size(5.5x55mm)with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding cost of purlins, including the cost of precoated steel sheets, screws, washers, drilling holes, cost of hire charges of drilling machine, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Providing and fixing of precoated steel roofing ascessories 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as pe IS: 277, in 240 mpa stell grade, 5-7 microns epoxyprimer om both sides of the sheet and polyster to coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST. Ridge plain (500 - 600 mm).

Wall painting one or more coats on old work with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cost of paint, scaffolding arrangements, all other materisls, labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site and cost of minor tools etc.,complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items, labour cess and GST.

Painting two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cost of paint, brush, all other materials, scaffolding charges, all labour charges, transportation of all materials to work site and minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items, labour cess and GST.
