Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soild and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site inlcuding all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media s per MOST's (Roads Wing) specifictions for Roads and Bridges "Fourth Revision Cl.309-3-13 and 305-4-4 etc., complete - 1Cum and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead of 2KMCT by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeding 23cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, breaking clods, formation of bund, breaking clods, sectioning extra watering to OMC and compaction of each layers to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 ton vibratory power roller/short width (+0.90M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel-operated or electrical operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes compaction complete as per specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-30 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 30 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiffy clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(SS.20B)

Cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15cm thick and in bays, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering as per the direction of the Engineer complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work Excavaction for foundation in hard stiff clay,stiff black cotton soil, Hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard grvelly soil depositing on bank including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and an initial left of 2 metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., complete to drain the backfill in the abutments and wings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width more than 10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc.,complete

Supplying and fixing 300mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and dirt wall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of NP3 class RCC Pipe Confirming to IS 458/2003 including Cost of Pipes on Finished Work including all other incidental charges, testing charges including unloding, transporting and delivery in good condition at work Site etc., complete,and as directed by the Departmental officers as per standard specifications.

Fabrication supplying and fixing in position of screw gearing steel shutters for the following sizes made out of 65 x 6 mm MS angle covered by 8mm thick MS plate welded with the frame on one side providing gusset plate of 8mm thick mild steel sheet welded on top of shutter providing access to fit screw gearing rod of 63mm dia and length and threaded to suitable length from top providing 2nos of 200mm x 100mm ISMB for the following length for top of masonry head wall at correct position and to be anchored by means of 2 nos of 100 x 50 mm MS channel to hold the top beam at correct position with 16mm mild steel bolts of 450mm long spilt at bottom a cast iron head set assembly with base plate and head threaded to suit the stem with locking arrangement and groove angle of 100 x 50 MS double channel face to face of length upto required height. The cost includes all accessories specified above , cost of all materials , shop painting , labour for welding transporting testing , commissioning, locking arrangment, operation key and all other charges etc. complete and as directed by the department officers. Cement concrete of grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 60% of 40 mm gauge and 40% of 20mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15cm thick and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and Placing Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M30 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size 20mm and down graded to I.S specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 30 N/mm2 in 28 days with a minimum cement content of 366kg/m3 of concrete) mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping wherever necessary placing in layers and watering ,curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the drawing and specification and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete complying with standard specification but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Reinforced Cement concrete of grade M25 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm gauge weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15cm thick and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and including the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering as per the direction of the Engineer complete complying with standard specification.

Dismantling clearing away and carefully stacking materials usefull materials for reuse for any thickness of walls in brick or stone masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering to sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as vertical slabs side slab of concrete works with all cross bracing using MS sheets of suitable size 10 gauge sheets of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props 10 - 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c complete complying with standard specification and as direced by the Engineer in charge of works.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tor steel grills for reinforcement of RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire, labour charges for de-coiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills complete complying with standard Specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.
