Supply & Laying of 4x16 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in medium class PVC conduit on surface /on cable tray including connections etc for providing three phase 440 V AC power supply from main DB to each out Door.

Supply & Installation of 300 mm x 50 mm X 1.6 mm GI perforated cable tray with required GI bends, Reducers, Cross, Tee etc including GI threaded hanger/ channel support.

Supply and charging of additional R-410 A refrigerant complete As per site condition .

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume/Variable Refrigerant Flow System suitable for R410A and 415 ± 10% , 50 Hz, AC supply. The unit shall consist of indoor units and external condensing units and other accessories as listed below complete in all respects. The unit shall be fully charged with gas and oil. (MAKE- VOLTAS /LG /CARRIER/ DAIKEN/ SAMSUNG OR EQUIVELENT) A HIGH SIDE OUTDOOR UNIT (1) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Modular type outdoor condensing units equipped with highly efficient BLDC scroll inverter compressors with heating & cooling application.The unit must run with two no's of inverter compressor with same shall have minimum COP of 4.0 at standard condition at 100 % load. All inverter compressor should be suiatbel for 380-415 volts,3 ph,50 hz.All ODU unit compressors should have inbuilt oil level sensor so as to enable relaible oil return technology to addd further safety of compressor.The manufacturer must be an OEM of its compressors .ODU unit must not have deration upto 39 deg ambient & should have operating range -5deg C to 53deg C (Capacity shall as under)

SITC of Cassette type Indoor units equipped with prefilter, fan section with suitable static fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinate, Drain pan, Drain pump, unit should includs insulation, Pipe connection, Variable evaporative temperature controll etc. of various capacities as per specification and drawings. All IDUs must have force shut adaptor to connect with fire alarm and BMS so that unit stops autometically in case of fire with cordless remot. (The capacities shall be as follows:)

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissionin of sutaible dia rigid PVC drain piping complete with fittings, supports as per specifications and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation.

LOW SIDE Refrigerant Piping Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of interconnecting refrigerant piping for all the units with the refnets as per the specification . The insulation shall be of 19 mm/13 mm thick nitrile rubber make through out the running length of the refrigerant piping. The piping shall be well supported at specific interval with Hi-tech support & anchor fasteners. Both refrigerant suction and liquid line shall insulated.

Providing & fixing of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm copper control cum transmission wiring of copper b/w indoor and outdoor unit in 25 mm PVC conduit.
