Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified temperature, through rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surfaces to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ofrequired colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron /steel works.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
