Prime Coat Medium porosity :- Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness on prepared surface and compacting with roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25. The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified temperature, through rolling with roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.The rate inclusive of all material charge, Labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space and removal of debris outside Technopark campus etc.for all floors and all heights,complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
