Cabin Fan - 1 Nos, 8. Switch & socket Board - 2 Nos" Fabricating Specifications 1.Bottom Frame - 100 x50 mm square pipes of M.S 2.Stiffener Bottom - 25x50 mm square pipes. 3. Top Frame - Frame made of 25x50mm square pipes 4. Stiffener Top - 25x50 mm &25x25 mm Square pipes 5. Side Wall Stiffeners - Corners shall be of 25x50 mm Square pipes& wall thickness of 50 mm 6. Paneling Outside - Specially corrugated 1.2mm thick sheet welded on MS frame's Marked 7. Internal Wall Paneling - The paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 9 mm thick Pre laminated particle board (OR) MDF Board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminum sections. 8. Roof Outside - 1.2 mm thick MS Sheet Properly Sloped with Water tight.ISI Marked 9. Bottom Flooring - On the bottom frame 18 mm thick Bison panel i.e. Cemented bonded fiber sheets shall be fixed by means of self-taping screw &1.5mm thick PVC vinyl Carpet shall be fixed on the panel. (100% water, termite & dimensional proof with vinyl Carpet) 10. 3 Aluminum Sliding Windows - Double shutter sliding aluminum powder coated windows of 1.2mm Thickness with 4mm thick glass for all windows &canopy on the top of windows 11. Main Door - The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels& canopy above the door. Frame work by tubular pipe of 25X25& the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior. Door with std hardware locks & handles" 12. Insulation - 25mm Glass wool density of 32 kg/m3 with insulation for top &12mm foam on side walls. 13. Wiring - All wiring shall be concealed and shall be PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality, suitable for 240 volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with MCB protection. ISI Marked Light, Fan -1.5 mm Thick Cable Socket, AC -2.5 mm Thick Cable Main Supply -4 mm Thick Cable 14. Outside Painting - All components are painted with a coat of primer & 2 coats of corrosion free paint i.e. Synthetic Enamel paint. 15. Hooks - Specially formed for easy lift & shift. Note :- i. cost includes transportation, loading, unloading and GST. ii. Payment to be done after completion of work and require modifications to be made as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. iii.Drawings of cabin need to submit and Quality and Design report to be submitted and same should be certified by the recognised institutions before dispatching to the site and final decision will be taken by Railway Officers iv. No extra payment will be made for the modifications done by the contractor as suggested by Engineer-in-charge.(Unit: Total Job) 4
