Supply & Erection of flange mounted 7 mtrs long hot dip galvanized Octangonal Pole of following height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having top dia-70mm & bottom dia of 130 mm complete with average coating thickness of atleast 65 micron. The galvanizaton done by seven tank process in single dipping method for better finish. There shall not be any circumferential welding. Pole shall have door of approximate 300 mm length a. The door shall be vandal resistance and shall be weather proof to ensure safety of inside connections. The door shall be flush with the exterior surface and shall have suitable locking arrangement. Pole shall have galvanized base plate of size 220 mm x 220mm x 12 mm thick with provision of holes for 4 no. 20mm dia bolt of length 700mm.It includes supplying and fixing the following in the window box provided for cable termination a) Supplying and fixing 6mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted and including Earthing complete by G.I Pipe 40mm or G.I Rod 20mm 2.5 Mtr long through G.I Strip. b) Supplying and fixing 63 Amps terminal block, suitable for 10 sq.mm conductor- 04 nos & shorting links- 05 nos. on DIN Channel including providing and fixing DIN Channel of suitable length- 01 nos on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amps, SP MCB, “C” curve 10 KA- 02 nos, Earth stud 02 nos, welded at suitable height, washers, springs washers & nuts.

Supply and drawing of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in street light pole for LED lights using 3x1.5 sq. mm

Providing and laying of spans of 25 sq. mm 3.5 core XLPE Al. cable Armored as main supply for new street lights and excavation of earth for laying of cable.

Design and Fabricate S.I.T & C of continuously tapered multifaceted and polygonal cross section High mast as per detailed specification & details given:- a) Dimension:Top Dia- 150mm, Bottom Dia-460mm, No. of sections(2 section each of Length-8300mm) thickness- 4mm & 3 mm Base Plate :- dia 670mmx 25mm PCD 590mm having suitable sectional length with slip joints between sections without any circumpherencial welding. b) Double drum winch with separate handle for manual operation of winch with a torque limiting device for safe docking of carriage. c) Raising/lowering type lantern carriage designed to carry 16 nos luminaries in 8- arm , 3 suspension head frame, L-Stopper (3 Nos), mounting plates , trailing cable ; control gear box, junction box and top pulley assemble with weather proof cover. d) Necessary suitable length for lowering & rising of lantern carriage of stainless steel wire ropes of 7/19 construction(with minimum 6mm dia) and multicore flexible copper power cable e) Hinged service door in base section base plate earthing terminal. f) Suitable arrangement for supply distribution with termination of suitable size underground cable in high mast. g) Complete with other provision for execution in the confirmation with detailed technical specifications specified in SBD. h) Lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 300 mm long G.I.tube having single prong. i) Integral single power tool (electrical) for lowering & raising of high mast with separate manually operated system. j) Anchor plate, templates, foundation bolts (M30x850mmx8 Nos)manufactured from special steel along with nuts washers etc,

Chemical earthing with copper bonded steel rod with three gem chemical bag with clamp in pit alongwith Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) for cable entry including fixing of sockets , knee joints etc to the pipe upto 16 mtr polygonal pole complete as required.

Providing and laying of spans of 10 sq. mm 2- core XLPE Al. cable Armored as main supply for new street lights and excavation of earth for laying of cable.

Supply and fixing of galvanized pole bracket (arm) of approved design suitable for above mentioned poles size completed in all respects with proper fabrication for installation of LED street light fitting on the top of Octagonal G.I. Poles Double arm 1 mtr with an angle as per requirement.
