Pre insulated 150 mm dia. MS 'C' class pipe with HDPE (High density Polyethylene) - Chilled water piping outside the building as per tender specification: Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of non corrosive pre insulated jacketed burried pipe which shall be MS ERW heavy duty class to specified following nominal sizes and with thickness as per technical specification. The outer protective insulation jacket material shall be HDPE as per specification. Field joint shall be made in straight sections of pipes only and the same shall be supplied by pre-insulated pipe manufacturer. The insulation shall be superfoam rigid cellular polyurethane foam, injected between the core pipe and the outer casing/jacket having a density of 40 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.021 W/mK maximum at a mean temperature of 24 deg. C . Insulation thickness shall be as per technical specification. The pipe shall be suitable for buried i.e. underground application. Base pipe shall be MS IS-1239 part-I/IS-3589 depending upon size. The outer casing/jacket shall be made of extruded HDPE pipe having a density of 900 to 960 kg.m3. HDPE wall thickness shall be 3mm thick. All ends of straight pipes and fittings shall be sealed with polyolefin end seal, applied to the exposed end of the insulation for protection against moisture ingress.

Flow Switches: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of FLOW SWITCH having Brass/SG Iron body on chilled water outlet with necessary control wiring complete as per specifications and drawings.

BMS COMPATIBLE 2-Way Dynamic Balancing Cum Flow Control Valves of 100 mm with communicable type electric actuator: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Dynamic Balancing Cum Flow Control Valvesof Cast iron body and flanged ends connection with digital thermostat along with suitable flanges, reducers, adapters, gaskets nipples etc. Valve shall be electronic, dynamic, modulating, 2 way, control device. It shall be digital thermostat or BMS compatible. Valve actuator housing shall be rated to IP42/54. Actuator shall be driven by 24 VDC motor, 4-20mA, 3-point floating or pulse width modulation electric signal and shall include resistor to facilitate any of these signals. Actuator shall be capable of providing 4-20mA or 2-10VDC feedback signal to control system. Optional fail safe system to power valve to either open of closed position from any position in case of power failure shall be available. Provide necessary power transfer/ converter for 240 Volt to 24 Volt. Extended LED read - out of current valve position and maximum valve position setting shall be standard. Pressure drop across the valve must not exceed 30 kpa for AHUs.
