HT Panel : Overhauling, servicing, testing complete within de-moistening, desulphating of Transformers (2000KVA, 33/0.433KV) and HV Test - 2 Nos. + 33KV VCB 4 Panels (1NC + 20C + 1 Bus PT) and 33KV HT breaker panel after dismantling of all equipment part by part cleaning by WD40 and remove all carbon particle and sulphation, internal busbar and breaker housing, cleaned by carbon cleaner, checking of tightness of all busbar insulation resistance measurement by 5KV magger, all CT removed from the base side of the panel and cleaned thoroughly and hot blowing all supporting insulator and also testing and calibration of the relays for 33KV breaker with high set relay M pact, SCB release, shut trip, circuit alarm trip, annunciator circuit calibration of all meters, transformer test, oil test [Electric Strength (BDV), Dielectric Dissipation Factor(Tan Delta), Dissolved Gas Analysis, Specific Resistance (Resistivity), Water Content], earth test all complete as per direction and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.
For LT PCC Panel :
Servicing & overhauling of LT PDB Panel Cum MCC Panel, 8 Nos. ATS Panel, Battery Charger Panel, 25 Nos. LPB for Pumps & Actuators, cleaning & servicing at substation of CBD-VI including servicing of all air circuit breaker. (Report should be submitted as per Annexure I, II & III)
