Part cost estimate of Civil, S&T, Electric works, Diesel traction and Electric traction (OHE) works shall be brought out separately. Note:- (i)The Estimate should be accompanied with detailed Report giving methodology and basis for adopting technical parameters, working out the quantities and analysed rates/ LARS adopted in the preparation of estimate. (ii) Quantities of land under various broad categories shall be worked out as per Right of Way required for construction and operation of railway line in consultation with NR. Rates of land shall be arranged from the concerned revenue authorities. (iii) Permanent way, Electrical, Signal & telecommunications, OHE mechanical facilities, buildings and structures etc requirements shall be worked out in consultation with NR.
