Earthwork in filling in embankment, guide bunds, around buried type abutments, bridge gaps, trolley refuges, rain bunds if provided, platforms etc. with earth excavated from outside railway boundary entirely arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per RDSO's latest guidelines and specifications and special 1 condition of contract including all leads, royalty, lifts, ascents, descents, crossing of nallahs or any other obstructions. The rates shall include all dressing of bank to final profile, demarcation and setting out of profile, site clearance, removing of shrubs, roots of vegetations growth, heavy grass, benching of existing slope of old bank, all handling/re- handling, taxes, octroi and royalty etc. as a complete job. Cut trees shall be property of railways and to be deposited in the railway. godown unless specified otherwise in the Special conditions of contract.

Providing and fixing PVC pipe 50mm in the concrete of deck slab, abutment, return and wing wall for providing weep hole in the concrete with all lead, lift, labour and mateirals PVC pipe 50mm dia will be supplied by the contractor.

Description: Pitching of boulder ordinary hand packed surface levelled off to correct profile and supplying of boulder as per standard spexification of NE Rly. Incl all lead, lit, scent, desert, sing of track, sallat fencing rehandling etc.

Supplying of Portland Pozollona Cement of grade as required by Engineer in charge at site confirming to IS 1489, manufactured by reputed firm such as ACC, Jaypee, L&T and Birla etc. as approved by site Engineer.

Earth work in excavation as per approved drawings and dumping at embankment site or spoil 1 heap. within railway land, including 50m lead and 1.5m lift, the lead to be measured from the centre of gravity of excavation to centre of gravity of spoil heap: the lift to be measured from natural ground level and paid for in layers of 1.5m each, including incidental work, as per specifications-in All kinds of soils.

Extra for mechanical compaction of earth blanketing material filled in embankment with contractor's rollers of suitable capacity, type and size to achieve specified density as per specification, testing as per IS codes incl. cost of water, T&P consumable material and all labour as a complete job. The work is to be executed as per Latest edition of "Guidelines for Earthwork in Railway Projects" issued by RDSO, Lucknow.

Supply and mixing the admixtures such as accelerator, retarders, grouting admixtures surface 5 retarders, super plasticizers of approved quality with contractor's tools and plants. labour and materials including loading. unloading lead lift, descent, taxes, royalty, freight, incidental charges etc Complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge Admixtures shall be confirmed to IS 9103-1979 and shall be provided from recognized manufactures such as FOSROC MC Bauchemic, Asian laboratories, ROFFE & PIDILITE Payment shall be made consumed quantity only.

"Providing and laying blanketing material of specifications as per RDSO guidelines for design Construction of formation on Indian Railway track issued vide letter RS/G/108/1eavy Axle Load dated 26.10.2016, using well graded granular material having Cu>7, Cc between 1 and 3, fines (passing 75 microns) between 3% to 10%, minimum Soaked CBR value of 25 and compacted at 100% of MDD in layers of maximum 30 cm thickness in loose state using graders and compaction using vibratory compactors, top and side dressing to provide final formation as per designed profile. The rate shall not include compaction, which shall be paid separately. NOTE: 1) If naturally available materials do not meet the laid down specifications, the blanket material has to be produced by mechanical process using mechanical crushing or mechanical blending method or combination of these two 3 methods as given in the Appendix-C of RDSO Guidelines and Specifications for Design of Formation for Heavy Axle Load - 2009 The rate for this item is inclusive of the production of material by mechanical process as per above mentioned RDSO guidelines and in case such mechanical process is not required to be used in providing and laying of blanketing material due to availability of natural blanketing material conforming to laid down specifications, the rate of this item shall be reduced by Rs. 250/- per cum. 2) The filter criteria and minimum EV2 Criteria as mentioned in the guidelines of 2009 is not applicable. 3) The rate shall include cost of all field and laboratory tests except CBR tests which will be paid vide separate Schedule item.4) The Latest guidelines for Design Construction of formation on Indian Railway track, issued vide RDSO Ir. No. RS/G/108/1leavy axle load dated 26.10.2016 shall be adopted for this item. The basic instructions (other than those contained in the latest guidelines dated 26.10.2016) detailed in GE: G-1 of 2003 and GE:0014 of 2009 shall continue to apply."

Supplying of skilled labour for keeping watch on ongoing works and maintaining progress of works, assisting in taking and calculating levels, ranging, surveying, toe marking of earth fill etc.

Providing 13mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 cement sand mortar with contractor's own material labour plants & equipments complete as per N.E.Railway standared specification (Cement will be paid separartely).

Any other item which are not included in schedule A1 to A8 & B1 to B2 will be taken from CPWD/DSR-2021with up-to-date correction slip.

Providing clean verttical joints 12 mm thick between abuntment, wing walls with a layer of thermocole supplied by the contractor.

Description: Providing and laying RCC of concrete grade M-25/M-30M-35 or any other design mix in sob) structure using cement, coarse sand and stone chips 20mm and down gauge graded in Columns, piers, pier cap. bed blocks, fins, stairs etc. above the level of pile cap as per approved plan by RITES/IRCON RDSO for 2 all heights and depths including cost of shuttering, centering, scaffolding, hooking, bending, binding and placing all reinforcement and bond rods including cost of binding wires anti corrosive treatment, desigs mix with weigh batching, mechanical mising and vibrating of concrete, curing for specified period, rendering & finishing the exposed surface of concrete with corborandam stone, crossing of track, dewatering whenever required, including all labour and material as a complete job as per specifications. Note-The cement and reinforcement steel shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and will be paid separately.

Providing well packed boulder to thickness not less than 600mm as approved by the Engineer behind abutment, wings, return walls, etc with all lead, lift, descend and Xing of river, channel, track fencing complete with all labour and materials.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete (USSOR item no. 081290) Hot finished welded type tubes (USSOR item no. 081291).

Providing CC/RCC M-15(1:2:4) with 20mm crushed stone, cement and coarse sand in foundation 2 and flooring, sub structure & super structure including bailing out of water & laying concrete under water if required with contractor's own materials including cost of centering, shuttering, plants equipment, labour, vibrating, crossing of track with all lifts, leads etc. complete (cement & reinforcement will be paid separately).

Dismantling CC/RCC/Brick work in lime or Cement mortar & Stone Slab in foundations, superstructure with all labour & materials including disposal of surplus materials with all lead, lift, descend, crossing of track,nallah, river complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a) Lime/Cement Concrete.

Filling back already excavation earth,, watering and ramming in 15 cm thick layers etc. complete in foundation.

Providing CC M-10(1:3:6) with 40 mm stone aggregate, coarse sand and cement in lean concrete 2 in foundation & flooring including bailing out or pumping of water and laying concrete under water if required, including supplying, fixing and removal of form work, including cost of labour, shuttering, moulds, T&P, plants, materials (excluding cement) etc. complete with all lead, lift, ascend, descend, crossing of track, nallah, fencing, river etc. Complete job(cement will be paid separately).

Description: Additional charge per Km. for running of Pick up Van/Tata Mobile.

Supplying Ordinary Portland Cement grade-43 confirming to 15:8112:1989. The rate shall be 5 inclusive of all leads. lifts. loading/unloading e cement into godown/site godown including a. taxes, testing etc. (Ordinary Portland cement grade 43 conforming to IS: 8112-1989 manufactured only by reputed firms such as ACC. Raymond, J.P. Cement. L&T. Birla cement as approved by site Engineer shall be used by contractor for this item).. (The payment shall be made for the contumed. cement only).

Supplying of unskilled labour for assisting in mnitoring of quality control, track safety, act as look out man for officials & staff working in running line , assisting in giving progress to maintainer etc.

Supplying and filling local sand in plinth and under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

"Providing & supplying TMT Fe-500 High yield strength cold twisted or hot rolled deformed reinforcement bars, as per specifications and relevant 15 Code of all dia in all type of reinforced structure as per approved plan or as directed by Engineer in charge, including all descend, ascends, crossing of nallahs and any other obstructions at site with all labour and materials as a complete job. This rate includes loading, unloading, leading and staking of material at site or as directed by Engineer in charge. The payment shall be made for the 6 fabricated steel reinforcement as per approved drawings. Note: All Reinforcement Steel (TMT Bars) and Structural Steel shall be procured as per specifications mentioned in BIS's documents IS:1786 and IS:2062 respectively. Independent tests shall be conducted, wherever required, to ensure that the materials procured conform to the specification. These steel shall be procured only from those firms. which are Established. Reliable, Indigenous & Primary Producers of Steel. having Integrated Steel Plants (ISP), using iron ore as the basic raw materials and having in- house iron rolling facilities, followed by production of liquid steel and crude steel, as per Ministry of Steel's guidelines."

Providing CC/RCC M-20 with stone aggregate 20mm gauge coarse sand, cement in foundation, 2 substructure & superstructure including supplying, fixing, removing of form work, curing as required with all lead, lift, ascend & descend, xing of track, nallah, river, fencing with all labour and material as per specification as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Cement and steel will be paid separately).

Brick work with well burnt bricks in foundation and plinth with coarse sand and cement mortar 1:4/1:6 with contractor's own materials plants & equiments complete as per N.E.Railway standred specification (Cement will be paid separately).

Earth work in embankment from Railway land for repairing of cess/formation/level crossing, rain 1 cuts etc. to make the surface to the desired level and slope to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. The rate will include free lead upto 200 M, all lifts, descends, ascends, crossing of track /road/ nallah etc. including breaking of clods etc and compaction by rollers/ rammers/ temping rods etc. Note - This item is only to be paid when specially ordered in writing.

Providing and laying of filter media consisting of granular materials of GW, GP, SW groups as per 15 1498-1970 in required profile behind boulder filling of abutments, wing walls/ return walls etc above bed level 4 with all labour and material complete job as per drawing and technical specification of RDSO Guidelines". (reinforcement and retained soil properties back fill behind the reinforcement soil wall shall be carried out with soil having following properties, soil types of granual fill, angle of, angle of internal frication greater and eual to 30digree density of soil angle of internal frication greater and equal to 30 digree density of soil greater than 18 KN per M square, precentage of particle passing 75 micron seive smaller & euual 15).

Turfing/ planting, including all lead and lift, and watering as required until properly rooted, with. Note Initially payment of only 40% will be made. Balance 60% will be paid only after 3 months of maintenance period if the turfing is properly rooted. Turfing with planted doob grass.
