No Claim Will Be Entertained On This. V) Demolishing And Removal Of Building Materials Are To Be Carried Out By The Purchasers Own Cost Only.vi) Purchasers Will Demolish, Clear And Remove Debris Up To Ground Level Only.vii) No Explosives Should Be Used For Dismantling .viii) All Safety Measures Should Be Ensured By The Purchasers For Safety Of His Workers Like Safety Belt, Shoes, Hand Gloves, Goggles, Helmets Etc And No Claim Will Be Entertained In Respect Of Any Accident, Theft Or Loss.
