od2643/2022_2023 : Supply, conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine emission controlled as per CPCB norms coupled with 40KVA,415v,3phase,50Hz,0.8PF brushless self-excited alternator with microprocessor based AMF features without ATS. Make of Diesel Engine preferable: Cummins/Kirloskar,3/4 cylinders, water cooled, suitable for continuous operation with standard accessories, safety controls for engine including engine instrument panel with starting switch key/button and remote start-stop, protection such as lubricating oil low/temp, pressure gauge, high/low coolant temp, low fuel level and RPM indicator with Hour meter, suitable battery for starting, charging arrangement ( trickle/boost functionality). Make of brushless Alternator preferable: Kirloskar/KEL/Stamford, self-excited and regulated type, class F/H insulation, voltage regulation band: ± 5% of rated voltage, confirm to IS/IEC:60034-1/4722. AC Alternator Protection: Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Loss of AC sensing. Over speed, Over Current. Suitable rating of MCCB/Change over switch shall be provided for DG Set. Operation, service manual and tools etc shall be provided. Acoustic Enclosure specially designed to meet CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions and is made of CRCA sheets of 14/16 SWG and a structural/ sheet metal base frame with painting. High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. Two point lifting for easy handling at customer site. Built in type fuel tank with suitable size shall be provided.

od2652/2022_2023 : Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.50 metre long, 50 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required
