Supply and laying bare earthing conductors of the following sizes laid 0.5m below ground level including excavating trench of suitable size and refilling etc. as required

Supply, Installation ,testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing using 4 mtrs length,20mm dia 250 microns molecularly copper bonded steel rod, stainless steel connectors and fasteners for connecting earth strip. The earth electrode shall be filled with earth enhancing compound (12.5 kg mineral compound / 22.6 kg low resistivity graphite compound).FRP (UFE FRP) Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the Earth Rod. The dimension shall be 300mmx 300 mmx 300mm with a weight bearing capacity of 15KN.The item shall be inclusive of installation charges, including digging bore, providing all required accessories like terminal connector, screw for fixing earth pit cover etc(To be excavated in hard laterite soil) as per technical specifications.

Design, Supply and erection of flood lighting multiple section HIGH MAST of total height of 10 m from existing ground level fabricated from MS plates/Angles/Channels confirming to IS:226-1975/BS-EN 10-025 in telescope sections with base plate welded to the bottom sections and holdings galvanized totally on externally and internally etc. and press fitted at site, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part3 along with suitable lantern carrier arrangement for installation of Aviation Obstruction Light fitting & Lightning finial at the top(weight 2Kg) along with the following accessories. etc. as required as per the technical specification. i. Supply &fixing of Caged MS ladder suitable for a person to reach the top of the mast for maintenance of the AOL . (tentative Mast drawing is enclosed) ii. Supply and laying ,using suitable clamps, of Armoured ,XLPE insulated, 4 core,2.5 sq mm. copper cable of required length and loop from the feeder pillar at the bottom to the fixture on the lantern carrier including wiring/ connection /terminations at both ends etc. complete as required. iii. Design and casting of open raft type RCC foundation suitable for erection of high mast as per manufactures recommendation considering safe soil bearing capacity at site as 25 T/ Sqm at 2.5 meter depth including casting foundation anchor plate and templates, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc as required. Including vetting the design from reputed institutions like NIT Calicut / NIT Mangalore or equivalent.

Supply, of one number Medium Intensity, flashing red LED aviation obstruction light as per ICAO standard with normal burning life of 100000 hrs, die-cast aluminium alloy housing suitably painted and heat resistant clear thick glass (IP 54), suitable for operation at single phase AC 230V+/-10% voltage range, along with EMI/RFI filter, controller unit having the features of current sensor, flasher rate controller main & standby flasher unit with auto change over, photo electric switch for automatic switching etc complete as required as per technical specification.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3kVA,single phase input, single Phase output, true on-line UPS system with 48 hrs back up for AOL, with inbuilt isolation transformer, including all accessories, SMF batteries VRLA type with powder coated MS cabinet including all accessories as required complete as per technical specification. One set of battery bank consisting of 6nos 12V(72V), 100AH to be installed in the feeder pillar bottom compartment along with UPS cabinet having the following features. 0.9 output PF, efficiency = 95%,THDI less than 5%,Input/output bypass circuit breaker &manual bypass, pure sine wave output, auto regulation of battery end voltage etc. complete as per standard and as per technical specification.
