Provision of Route Markers: Supply and fixing of LT/Communication cable route markers. The route maker should be fixed to MS angular channel of thickness 5 mm of size 40 mmx40mm of length 450mm. the channel shall be grouted approximately 300 mm x 300mm x300mm depth of which 300 mm will be below the ground cement concrete pedestal work with 150 mm channel above the ground length.

Provision of double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct.: Supply and laying of Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct made as per specifications IS 14930 part-II of outer dia 63mm and inner dia 51 mm for 2CX25 sqmm. power cable in trench at item no. 7 with proper DWC Coupler. Interconnection to enable to lay LT power cables in future if necessary as per site condition and instruction of EIC Make: Duraline (Dure guard) /CPE/Rajshree/Mahashakti/Telerex, Colour: Red

Main Distribution Board/Panel: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of weatherproof outdoor type cubicle shape, CRCA sheet steel folded and braced, powder coated with approved color of not less than 50microns,floor mounted LT panel of suitable size with front double door lockable arrangement. Panel doors and covers shall be provided with suitable compressible EPDM/rubber gasket for high degree of ingress protection against dust, dirt, moisture, insects etc. degree of protection shall not be less than IP-55 along with danger board and RYB indication LED lamps as specified in "Technical specification for electrical works in technical bid of tender document". The box shall be floor mounted with suitable iron angle frame and concrete base with brick construction as a plinth with suitable fixing clamps and accessories with all required internal connections as per site condition & comprising of following switchgear & accessories complete in all respect: Incoming: a) 1no.-4P, 400Amp MCCB, 50KA, MP based O/L, S/C, E/F Release with spreader terminal b) 1Lot-500Amp TP+250Amp neutral Al. bus bars with bus bar insulators, heat shrink sleeves etc. complete c) 1no.-3ph. 0-400Amp, digital ampere meter make L&T/Conserve/Havells/GE/AE d) 1no.-3ph. 240V(L-N),5A, CL-1, RS 485 digital KWh meter make L&T/Conserve/Havells/GE/AE e) 3Nos. -400/5Amp CT of suitable class and VA burden for Amp & KWh metering Outgoing: 15 Nos.-160 Amp bus bar mounted fuse base-carrier with 160 Amp fuse link, Make: Legrand /Havells /L&T /C&S Electric/ Hager/ Schneider/GE/Anchor/Indoasian/Eaton NOTE: The gap between the bottom surface of the box and surface of the plinth should be 600mm approx. and appropriate bus bar length shall be maintained. Incoming and outgoining to be mentioned on the front door to identify the load distribution. Panel should be surrounded by PCC 600mmX75mm from three side and front with 1000mmX75mm of panel. Drawing of the panels with specification should be approved by HAL before supply.

Cable end termination: Supply and making of end termination suitable for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated 3 ½ core x 240 SQMM aluminium conductor armoured cable terminations with proper binding & suitable glands and Lugs etc as per site requirement. Make: HMI/Jainson/Dowells/Comet/Cabgrip/Ascon

Earthing: Supply, making & testing of earth pit for earthing as per IS standard the job involves digging of pit up to 10 feet deep, supply & fixing of GI pipe 40mm dia (Internal) 2.5mtrs long, class B, make Jindal/TATA, wooden charcoal & salt (40 Kg each approx) suitable GI reducer CI funnel CI hinged Chamber cover with frame size 12" X 12" GI nipple etc and perforation of G.I pipe upto 1.25 mtrs from bottom, making of Earth Chamber and S&F of earth resistance identification marker with MS angular channel of thickness 5 mm of size 40 mmx40mm of length 450mm.Channel shall be grouted approximately 300 mm x 300mm x300mm depth of which 300 mm will be below the ground cement concrete pedestal work with 150 mm channel above the ground length just next to earthing pit as per direction of EIC.

LT cabling: Supply & laying of XLPE 3 ½ core x 70 Sq mm Aluminium Conductor armoured cable of 1100 V grade in under ground trenches through DWC pipe mentioned at Sl.No. 16 as per site condition as directed by the EIC. Note: i. Cable should be provided with identification tags. ii. Cable should be rapped on iron/pvc drum only. iii. Cable must be un-rapped through cable stand to avoid any twisting of cable. iv. Cable should be purchased from authorized dealer/OEM & vendor will provide test certificate traceable to authorized dealer/distributor/OEM. v. Any cable joint (alongwith jointing kit) required during laying of cable will be in vendor's scope. Make-Gloster/Finolex/Polycab/National/Havells/KEI/Anchor/Capcab/RR Kabel .

St. through cable joint: Supply and making heat shrink type straight through joint by providing & fixing heat shrink cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt XLPE aluminium armoured cable of 3.5CX240 sqmm. Make: Cabseal/K-seal/Denson etc.

GI Earth Strip: Supply, installation & connecting of 25 mm x 4 mm GI strip clamped to walls with suitable porcelain insulators run underground etc as required including inter connection between the earth stations etc. all complete as required as per instructions of engineer in charges.

LT cabling: Supply & laying of XLPE 3 ½ core x 240 Sq mm Aluminium Conductor armoured cable of 1100 V grade in under ground trenches through DWC pipe mentioned at Sl.No. 15 as per site condition as directed by the EIC. Brick Chamber: Construction of brick chamber along with cover with the following details: 1) Excavation of any type of soil for chamber pit of size 1.36m x 1.36 m and depth 1.1 m 2) 4 inch thick PCC 1:3:6 bed on bottom of chamber with 40 mm downgraded aggregate along with weep holes of centre of bed to drain out seepage water. 3) Four sides 9 inch thick wall with red earth bricks with CM-1:6 for a height of 1.2m of inner size of pit 0.90m x 0.90m including 20mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 for exposed surface of brick work. 4) RCC precast cover of thickens 50mm of size 1.5mx1.50 m with RCC 1:2:4 with 20 mm and below aggregate and reinforcement steel of 8 mm dia placed at 150mm centre to centre in both directions along with provision of hooks for opening / closing purpose. Note: Provision to be made in the wall to take HDPE pipe in and out of the chamber.

Removal of existingACSR conductor: Removal of existing 6runs of ACSR conductor along with insulators, clamps, nut-bolts etc.(Pole to pole distance is approximately 35 meter length). Removed scrape shall be shifted inside factory scrap-yard as per direction of EIC.

Main DB: Supply and fixing(concealed in wall in place of old DBs including removal of DB & scrap shifting to store) & testing of TPN DB, 04 way, IP43 as per IS8623 with provision to mount MCCB as incomer & MCBs as outgoing, with bus-bar, earth bar, neutral bar with supply & fixing of following rated MCCB and MCB 'C' curve(Make: Legrand /Havells /L&T /C&S Electric/ Hager/Schneider/GE/ Anchor/ Indoasian/Eaton), making connection and testing as per direction of EIC. i. MCCB TP 160A - 01 No. ii. MCB SP 32A - 08 Nos. iii. MCB SP 10A - 02 Nos.

St. through cable joint: Supply and making heat shrink type straight through joint by providing & fixing heat shrink cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt XLPE aluminium armoured cable of 3.5CX70 sqmm. Make: Cabseal/K-seal/Denson etc.

Trench making: Labor charges for Making of Cable Trench Excavation of all kinds of earth up to a depth of 900mm x 450mm +/- 100mm. The dug earth should be refilled, levelled, rammered after executing the work.

Street Light Box: Supply, fixing and testing of Thermoplastic polycarbonate junction box (on existing overhead poles) size 205X255X112mm approx., environmental friendly, recyclable, weather proof against UV radiation, rain water, temperature resistant, silicon free, anti-acid & anti corrosive. Box should be IP66/67 rated. Gasket material should be poly urethane & internally embedded. The box should have rear and bottom cable entry provision, quarter turn poly carbonate screws for quick opening & closing , multilevel metric knock outs for cable glands in different sizes, external bracket, insulators with Al. bus bar(2nos.) for Phase & Neutral for cable junction with 1no.-6Amps MCB Make: Legrand /Havells /L&T /C&S Electric/ Hager/Schneider/GE/ Anchor/ Indoasian/Eaton inside box for street light cable connection, Make of box Hensel/Elettro/OBO, NOTE: Connection of i/c&o/g street light cables with s&f of MS clamp, nut-bolt-washer etc., on pole for cable support wherever required complete in all respect is in vendor's scope

Provisioning of GI wire: Supply and laying of 4mm dia GI wire as earthing wire for existing MS poles along with the street light cable in the trench and terminating at MS poles from earth pit/adaptor/distribution panel either by making hole in pole or welding by nut-bolt washer with match-up paint, connection testing complete in all respect.

Pole wiring: Supply and laying of 2x2.5 sq. mm with 1x1.5 sq. mm earth wire FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable for power supply to the street lights poles as per EIC. Make: Gloster/Finolex/Polycab/National/Havells/KEI/ Anchor/Capcab /RR Kabel .

Road/Trench/Wall/Floor crossing: Making trench/hole (as required) under ground in Road /Trenches/Under floor/Kharanja etc. by excavation of all kinds of earth upto 650 mm depth x 335 mm width +/- 100mm. The earth should be refilled, levelled, rammered after after executing the work and kharanja/trench/floor is to be plastered with cement concreate of 150mm depth from the surface completely with good finishing as per the site requirement and the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Street light Control panel: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of weatherproof outdoor type cubical shape, CRCA sheet steel folded and braced, powder coated with approved color of not less than 50microns, floor mounted street light panel of suitable size with front double door lockable arrangement, panel doors and covers shall be provided with suitable compressible EPDM/rubber gasket for high degree of ingress protection against dust, dirt, moisture, insects etc. Degree of protection shall not be less than IP-55 along with danger board and RYB indication LED lamps as specified in "Technical specification for electrical works in technical bid of tender document". The panel shall be compartmentalized in design to accommodate incoming MCCB chamber, 200 Amps Bus bar chamber for 3 phase supply out put MCB chamber and street light control chamber. The panel shall be mounted with suitable iron angel frame and concrete base with brick construction with all fixing accessories. The scope incudes interconnection terminations with suitable glands lugs with necessary power and control wiring as directed by EIC & comprising of following switchgear & accessories complete in all respect: In coming power: a) 1 No. -160A 50KA FP MCCB with spider links b). 4 Nos- 200 amps Aluminium bus bar. Out put power: a) 1 Nos. 63 A 4 pole MCB, 4 Nos. 16-32 A-2 pole MCB. b) Street light Controls: 1 Nos FP 32A contactor, 2 Nos Astronomical timer, 4 Nos 16 A SP MCB, 4 Nos. LEDs with necessary control wiring with auto / manual operation . Make: Legrand /Havells /L&T /C&S Electric/ Hager/ Schneider/GE/Anchor/Indoasian/Eaton

Provision of octagonal pole-single arm: Supply & fixing of 7.5 mtr height hot dip galvanized octagonal pole along with single arm standard bracket 1.5 m long along with control box protection having Al. bus bar with insulator for Phase & Neutral for cable junction with 6 amps 1 No MCB (Make: Legrand /Havells /L&T /C&S Electric/ Hager/Schneider/GE/ Anchor/ Indoasian/Eaton).The pole shall be grouted on cement concrete pedestal of 300mm x 300 mm size 1250 mm depth with suitable fixing accessories like plate, nuts-bolts etc. with interconnection complete as per site condition & interaction of EIC. Make of pole: K- lite / Valmount / Bajaj. The existing light fitting, cables reinstallation, connection, testing included in scope of the work along with wire from MCB to light fitting. Note: Vendor shall remove existing MS overhead pole. It includes removal of existing MS pole with street light fitting, GI pipes, clamps nut & bolts etc. & shifting of scrap to scrap-yard inside factory.
