INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT FOR STELL PIPELINE AT SONIPAT GA

ECDA Pre Assessment ECDA Pre-Assessment as per NACE SP0502-2010 along-with on-field Pre-Survey This line item includes but not limited to the Following activities to be executed by Contractor/Bidder: . SME site visit . Cathodic Protection (CP) Audit of existing system . Assessing the ROW for feasibility of performing surveys as per subsequent SOR Items . Field exercise along with authentic results to prove requirement of drilling holes for soil contact . Provide final report before proceeding with second step This SOR item is to be read in Conjunction with Special Conditions of Contract, Scope of Work and Other Tender Documents.

ECDA Indirect Inspection ECDA Indirect Inspection - (but not limited to) of CIPS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA, continuous DoC, DGPS and soil resistivity surveys. Please refer Scope of Work and Special Conditions of Contract for Details. This line item includes but not limited to the Following activities to be executed by Contractor/Bidder: a. Surveys to be performed simultaneously (Preferably all surveys in a single pass) with DGPS to provide: 1. List of Geotechnical indications (shallow DOC, earth movement, exposed pipe etc.) 2. List of Coating indications in the pipeline protective coating 3. List of Cathodic Protection indications (As per NACE SP0169 criteria) 4. Survey Data with excel files (CIPS, ACCA/CAT, DCVG/ACVG, DOC, DGPS Mapping) 5. All data collected will be aligned with sub-meter DGPS 6. List of possible Interference indications b.
