Providing and fixing of RCC Pillars of total height of 1.50 mtr. (1.00 mtr. x 0.25 mtr. x 0.25 mtr. portion above ground and 0.5 mtr x 0.5 mtr x 0.5mtr portion below ground) with the following specification in forest boundary. (As per the Specification given in2022-23 SSR Item No.102(b)) a) Fabricating TMT steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design- Footing jali-8 mm dia @ 15 cms c/c and Colums-10 mm dia 4 Nos rods at each corner and 8 mm dia stirrups @ 15 cms c/c. b) Laying of plain concrete of design mix M10 with OPC cement @ 220 kgs, with 40 mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.892 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.465 cum, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, well compacted and vibrated in foundation.c) Then laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @ 320 kg, with 20 mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.878 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.459 cum confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick for pillar, well compacted and vibrated. d. Fixing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for foundation, footing, bases of pillar for mass concrete and curing of the structure for a period specified in order to attain the strength and specifications as given in IS9103. e. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in sides of foundations up to plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead up to 50m and Lift up to 1.5m( The rate includes foundation digging, cost of material, lead for transportation of materials and labour for curing in the remote forest areas) For each RCC Pillar Rs.14261.97+ 1711.436(12 % Area weightage) = Rs.15973.406
