Tasks Tasks To Be Accomplished By The Vendor Are:- • All Charges Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Point Of Pick Up And Point Of Drop. • Fixed Garage Km Rate Has To Be Decided. • Cars Rented Should Not Be Older Than 2 Years And Must Be In Their Best Condition. • No Cancellation Charges Should Be Applicable For Fao. • Drivers Allotted For Service Should Be Capable Of Speaking And Understanding Basic English, Must Have A Mobile Phone, And Must Have Knowledge About Local Regions, Roads, And Places. • Vehicles Allotted For Use Must Have Proper Registration And Insurance For The Vehicle, Driver, Passenger, And Third-party Liability. Expected Outputs: • Clean, Good Quality, Fully Compliance Vehicle To Be Provided. • Invoices Raised For The Usage, Must Be In Compliance With Gst Norms. • Vehicle Should Be Available In Case Of Booking At Short Notice. • Fixed Rate Per Km Should Remain Constant, Any Extras Have To Be Mentioned In Invoice. • Tolls And Taxes Will Be Paid As Per The Actual, Slips And Receipt Should Be Attached With Invoice.
