Sweeping, Cleaning & Washing of required given all floor level area including removing of Jalas, dusting cleaning of floors, rooms, corridors, wall & toilet blocks and also disposal of waste upto first municipal dustbin. All the operations are to be done through mechanical means/ apparatus/ equipment such as Single Disc Scrubber machine, Hand Scrubbing Machine, Wet and Dry vaccum cleaner machine, High Pressure Jet Machine, Wringer Trolly, Glass Cleaning Kit, Garbage Trolley, Telescopic Rod, Foam Generator etc. and manual by shifting / rearranging of furniture / assets and other related activities using chemicals and by deploying required manpower as per requirement and including cleaning of shaft, drain in building, manhole blockage, gully trap inside & outside etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(ii)Sweeping, Washing & Cleaning of toilet / W.C. inside the building complex. All the operations are to be done through mechanical means/apparatus/ equipment and manual as per requirement at site and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(iii)Sweeping, Washing & Cleaning of open area such as office DSIIDC parking at front & RHS, open area, pavements, pump rooms and other area inside & outside the boundary wall of the premises. All the operations are to be done through mechanical means/apparatus/ equipment and manuals as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(iv)Procurement of material for day to day cleaning, sweeping of HQ Building work. (As per Appendix-2)(v)8 Nos. Safai Karmchari (i/c 1-No. sewer man / spider man as per requirement), 1 No. Supervisor & 1 No. Machine Operator.(vi)Sweeping, Cleaning & Washing of terrace i/c opening of khurras, collecting of tree leave & malba i/c disposal of malba to the first municipal mainhole. Cleaning of OH / UG water tank and marking of date of cleaning on the tank including fogging to kill mosquitoes in whole building once in a month. Anti-termite treatment of the complete building on quarterly basis. Pumping out of water from the building.
