Water Bound Macadam Base Course by providing and laying Spreading and consolidating stone metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness of 75 mm as directed by the engineer in charge. With 63-45 mm (for Grade -I)& 53-22.4mm stone aggregate (for Grade -II)with type- B (11.2mm) screening material for 75 mm thickness using menual means. Sweeping watering and rolling in stages with Vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes to proper line grade and camber ,spreading and sweeping and requisite type and quantity ofr screening materials to fill up the interstices of pours aggreates applying binding materials as materials directed , including lighting and guarding necessary cutting and filling and making necessary earthen bundh of 1 metre width on each side , rolling by power roller, applying binding materials as directed , making necessary earthen bundh on each side .All complete including all cost of labour , hire , man , machineries etc. As per clause 404 of specification of road and bridge works of MoRT&H(5th revision) Grade-II

Construction of Sub Base using local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, including screening the matal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and carriage of all matwrials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specication for Road & bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness ( inclusive of applying tack coat) composed of 13.2 mm size( @0.018 Cum/ Sq.m.) & 11.2 mm size (@0.009 Cum/ Sq.m.) stone aggregates, including thorough cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and preheating stonechips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscocity grade paving bitumen or cutback or emulsion , carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements , laying the mixture uniformly over the surface , including line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (light duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity , finished to required level and grades including the cost of carriage of stonechips and matrix , heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (light duty) and other machineries , pay of operators, cost of fuel, lubricants etc. complete to be followed by deal coat either Type-A or Type- B as per technical specification Clause 508 for rural roads of MORD.
