Water Bound Macadam Base Course by providing and laying Spreading and consolidating stone metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness of 75 mm as directed by the engineer in charge. With 63-45 mm (for Grade -I)stone aggregate with type- B (11.2mm) screening material and for Grade-II, 53 mm to 22.4 mm stone aggregates and type B of screening meterials for 75 mm thickness of each consolidated layer by using menual means. Sweeping watering and rolling in stages with Vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes to proper line grade and camber ,spreading and sweeping and requisite type and quantity ofr screening materials to fill up the interstices of pours aggreates applying binding materials as materials directed , including lighting and guarding necessary cutting and filling and making necessary earthen bundh of 1 metre width on each side , rolling by power roller, applying binding materials as directed , making necessary earthen bundh on each side .All complete including all cost of labour , hire , men , machineries etc. As per clause 404 of specification of road and bridge works of MoRT&H(5th revision) a)Grade -I

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness ( inclusive of applying prime coat) composed of 13.2 mm size( @0.018 Cum/ Sq.m.) & 11.2 mm size (@0.009 Cum/ Sq.m.) stone aggregates, including thorough cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and preheating stonechips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscocity grade paving bitumen or cutback or emulsion , carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements , laying the mixture uniformly over the surface , including line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (light duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity , finished to required level and grades including the cost of carriage of stonechips and matrix , heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (light duty) and other machineries , pay of operators, cost of fuel, lubricants etc. complete to be followed by deal coat either Type-A or Type- B as per technical specification Clause 508 for rural roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials .M-15 grade

Providing,and laying Premixed Seal Coat(Type B) with approved quality Sand /grit @ 0.6m3 /100m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100% passing through 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by the rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates , cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants , including hire charges of machineries, tools and plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Roads and Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
