Supplying & Labour for spreading and consolidating stone metal of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction ) in layer including screening of aggregates as necessary , hand packing after soreading in uniform thickness rolling with power roller (8 to 10 tones capasity ) in stage to proper line grade& camber , spreading sweeping requisite type and quantity of screening meterials to fill up the interesticesnof course aggregate applying binding materials as directed watering etc. and lighting , guarding and barricating and making necessary earthen bundh of one meter widh on each side whwre necessary to project edges and preparing the bed boy the necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all meterials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - charge b) With coarse aggregate size (63 to 45mm) with Type -B screening for 75mm compacted thickness by manual means. Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For Construction of Sub Base by compacting 1st class brick aggregates (40 mm down) and sand (in proportion of 60:40).

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). ( same as WBM Grade-II surface area )

Supplying and labour for 10 cm dia Eucalyptus bullah of 5.00mtr length driving two third of total ballah at work site including dressing, making one end pointed (dia of bullah measured at 1.5m from the thicker end.)driving u c ballah piles by monkey in sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and placing heads incl 2.00no runner of 100mm dia ballah and 100.00mm dia ballah for tie bar @2.25m c/c including coal tarring

B. Close bamboo piling: Close bamboo piling made of 65 mm to 75mm dia bamboos (in single line) driven about half length into the ground side by side, with stout stays at an interval of 1 metre 3 nos. of half split bamboo runner of same dia fitted and fixed with nails etc. complete as per direction (Measurements shall be taken along the length of piling after finishing the works) With bamboos of length above 2.50 m, and upto 3.0 m. each

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Laying Premixed seal coat (Type -B) with approved quality sand / grit @ 0.6m3/100m2 and hot bitumen binder on thouroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100% passing through 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180microne sieve) uniformly with hot binder (@ 113.5kg/m3 of grit or sand) in suitable pan / mobile hot mix plant (light duty), laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to insure uniformaly, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carraige of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools and plants required for construction and quality control complete excluding cost of applying tack coat.
