Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without Reinforcement in any part of foundation of bridge / culvert with graded Stone chips of appropriate nominal Size ………..including preparation of Design mix approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge cost of quality Control, sampling testing etc including cost of formwork but excluding Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical Specifications. (a) M-15 Grade

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (b) M-20 Grade

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications. (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SSL/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL)

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction .

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Providing and fixing of Concrete sign boardas per MORD specification and drawing . Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides . Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. all sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and annexure 1700.1including cost of lighting, barricading, protection etc.
