Construction of Inlet & Outlet Structure : Earth Work in Excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone), including removing, spreding or stacking the spoils,within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceding 1500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (B) by fine sand.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Hire & Labour charges for shuttering for suttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor) ( When the height of a paticular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4m or part thereof ).(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with grade stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering , reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(I) Pakur variety.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course,scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] b)20mm thick (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar .

Add Labour Welfare Cess @1%

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. Note: Cement 0.152 Cum Per 100 sqm.

Re-excavation of Water Detention Structures : Excavation in gravel /moorum / kankar / compact moorum I very much weathered rock I sticky soil mixed with moorum or ghooting for WDS I WHS I RESERVOIR I SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. ( mode of measurement: pre work and post worlk).

Brick Work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth. .

Signboard : Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MINI RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, testing and installation of open Weave Jute Geo-textile (JGT) having overall weight of 500 gm/sq. m, thickness 6 mm, width 1220 mm, Tensile strength 10 KN/m (Warp direction) × 7.50 KN/m (weft direction) on slopes of embankments dressed and cut to a gradient as per design and drawing for control of surface soil erosion on proposed bank slope of embankment including the cost of preparation of subgrade and excavating the trenches of 500 mm deep and spade-width wide where necessary, and filling the trenches with earth duly secured to sub-grade by U shape MS staples (11 gauges) or wooden or plastic pegs at an interval of 450 mm, providing side lapping of 100 mm and horizontal lapping of 300 mm as per direction complete.The rate is inclusive of all incidental charges, transportation by all means to the work site, all leads and lifts complete. (Payment will made on the basis of finished surface area of the slope).
