ESP Inspection and rectification job Inspection of the following: 1. CERM Assemblies (hammer, bearing, shaft), EERM assemblies (hammer, bearing, shaft, gear assemblies), collecting listed above etc. 2. Support Insulator, Torque Insulator, Antisway Insulator, Transformer HV bushing 3. Support insulator heater, Purge air heater, hopper heater (resistance checking from Junction Box), Checking of thermostats for all the heaters, Hopper Vibrator 4. Replacement and rectification of the following : a) Replacement &rectification of CERM Hammer assemblies b) Replacement &rectification of CERM Bearing assemblies c) Replacement &rectification of CERM Shaft Assemblies. d) Replacement &rectification of EERM Hammer assemblies e) Replacement &rectification of EERM Worm Gear Assemblies f) Replacement &rectification of EERM Shaft Assemblies. (Insulation along with cladding need to be removed &restored by Vendor with material supply if required). g) Replacement &rectification of EERM Bearing assemblies h) Replacement &rectification of Support Insulator i) Replacement &rectification of Torque Insulator j) Replacement &rectification of Antisway Insulator k) Replacement &rectification of Hopper heater. (Insulation need to be removed &restored by Vendor with material supply). l) Replacement &rectification of Hopper Vibrator. m) Gearbox overhauling of all 52 nos' of gearboxes. n) Asbestos Rope change of doors of ESP, insulator box. o) Alignment checking and rectification of ESP internal if required. p) Alignment/Air tightness checking and rectification of All ESP doors, insulator box doors (If required). [#No air ingress# need to be confirmed after box up of all doors at the time of AIRLOAD test (with both ID & fd running).} q) Painting of different areas.

GD Screen Replacement:

GD Screen Replacment GD screen (perforated screen 2&3) replacement of all 4 (four )inlet ducts need to be done. This includes all required fabrication job. (Material will be supplied by WBPDCL).

Painting of different areas 1. ALL MOTOR ALONG WITH CANOPY FOR CERM, EERM & GDRM (52 Nos) 2. ALL GEAR BOX FOR CERM, EERM & GDRM (52 Nos) 3. ALL SHAFT & SUPPORT INSULATOR HOUSING (96 nos) 4. ALL INSPECTION DOORS (52 nos) 5. ALL ESP TRANSFORMERS (24 Nos) 6. RAILINGS OF ROOF (Total railing of ESP roof) 7. STAIRCASE OF ESP (Staircase of middle & other 2 sides of ESP) Consumables Materials like Paint/Red-oxide/Asbestos rope, Hylomer, Adhesive (dendrite, hole tight etc.), Petrol, Kerosene, Thinner, Gaskets for Support Insulator Housings & Dis-connecting Switch Box etc. under the scope of contractor.
