The required prior work experience for the bidder is for a period within the last 07 years ending as on the last day of the previous month from the date of publication. The bidder should have completed similar works with executing value of work not less than: - Rs. 1,52,69,991/- (excluding tax) per order per year in a single order, - Rs. 95,43,745/- (excluding tax) per order per year in two orders, - Rs. 76,34,996/- (excluding tax) per order per year in three orders. For work orders having a duration of more than one year, the executed value per year shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis for evaluation. The average annual turnover for 03 years should be not less than Rs. 57,26,247/- and the net worth should be positive in each year. Additionally, if the accepted bid value is 80% or less of the Estimate put to tender, an Additional Performance Security of 10% of the tendered amount shall be obtained from the successful bidder.
