Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 X 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm, is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-ln-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)

Supplying R.C.C.spun pipes collars including loading, carriage, unloading at site. a)Collar-300 dia, NP-2 Grade.

Supplying laying fitting & fixing R.C.C. spun pipes and collars with cement mortar (1:3) including fixing the pipes collars with jute, pitch etc. including the cost and carriage of spun pipes at site excluding the cost of collars. (a) Spun pipe-600 dia, NP-2 Grade

Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01 for all kinds of soil for every additional lift of 1.50 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lift of 1.50 metre.

Box cutting In road embankment in all kinds of soil and spreading the soil uniformely over the flanks and consolidating and dressing the subgrade to correct camber and grade.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (f) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern over a layer of brick flat (thickness 125 mm plus 75 mm)

Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01 for all kinds of soil for every additional lead of 30 metres or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres.

Supplying laying fitting & fixing R.C.C. spun pipes and collars with cement mortar (1:3) including fixing the pipes collars with jute, pitch etc. including the cost and carriage of spun pipes at site excluding the cost of collars. (a) Spun pipe-300 dia, NP-2 Grade

Fine dressing and making the crest to correct camber and gtrade by cutting and filling earth where necessary including extra earth.

Labour Welfare Cess @ 1%

Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks within a lead of 150 metres preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sand or powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) (d) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern on a layer of brick flat (thickness 75 mm. plus 125 mm)

Labour for taking out brick-on-edge of herring bone bond including removing debris to flank or berm sorting out serviceable materials and stacking.

Brick edging 75 mm wide with picked jhama bricks, laid true to line and level including cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both side of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly complete as per direction. (a)Brick on end edging (250 mm. depth)

Coal tarring on wooden surfaces including cost of materials a) One Coat

Providing and laying nominal mix Cement concrete (with mix proportion 1:1½:3) /M-20 grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm of Pakur or other approved variety including Screening and cleaning of aggregates, if necessary, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, compacting by vibrator or other suitabfe means, cost of curing with water, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. and including placing a Separation membrane of impermeable PVC sheet 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases. Before placing the separation membrane, the sub-base shall be swept clean of all the extraneous materials. Wherever overlap of plastic sheets is necessary, the same shall be at least 300 mm and any damaged sheathing shall be replaced at the Contractor's cost, including carriage of all materials to site but excluding the cost of staging, shuttering and and reinforcement if any.

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bullah wailing pieces and cross pieces etc. complete with cost of all materials and carriage to site. (a) Width of thinner end above 10 cm.and less than 15cm (i) Jhaw / Eucalyptus.

Labour for taking out brick on end edging including removing debries to flank or berm sorting out servicible materials and stacking.

Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Labour for taking out old soling edging including removing debris (a) Single brick flat soling

Supplying R.C.C.spun pipes collars including loading, carriage, unloading at site. a)Collar-600 dia, NP-2 Grade.

Add GST @ 18% (CGST+SGST)

Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. (ii) 12.5 cm av diameter

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition

Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. Note: Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5m from the thicker end. (i)12.5 cm av dia.

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight.
