FEEDER PILLAR BOX & ACCESSORIES Design, Manufacture, testing, supply and commissioning of thefollowing outdoor type Distribution Feeder Pillar box conforming to Indian Standard IS : 5039-1969 with latest amendments a. Suitable for use on 3 phase 4 wire, 400/440 Volts 50 Cycles A.C. Supply and shall be suitable for short circuit fault of 31 MVA at 415 Volts b. The dimension of the body is --1400 (H) X 750 (W) X 400 (D) mm. c.The body will be fabricated with 5mm thick MS plate, MS angle ( 50X50X6) & MS Flat ( 50X6 ) d.The Base Plate will be made by 10 mm thick MS Plate e.The top of the box will be fitted with a sloping canopy made out of 5 mm thick sheet steel. f. It will have a set of water proof double hinged door at the front with suitable locking arrangement ( Godrej Type ) and provision for manual locking arrangement g. A hylam sheet of 10mm thick of suitable size will be fitted.

h. Adequate ventilation by means of louvers with wire mesh shall be provided on both sides and at the top and bottom of both sides of LT pillars i. The inside will be painted by 1 coat of Red led / zinc chromate and the outside will be painted by 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of Red led / zinc chromate. j. The Enclosure shall provide Degree of protection IP -43 in accordance with IS : 2147 -1962 with its latest amendment. The Feeder box will contain the following switches and accessories - a. 415V,160A TPN SFU as incomer (Make L&T) b. 500V, 200A AL Bus bar c. 415V,125A TPN SFU 1 nos as outgoing (Make L&T) d. 415V,63A TPN SFU 1 nos as outgoing (Make L&T) e. 415V,32A TPN SFU 3 nos as outgoing (Make L&T)

Timer Panel: Supplying and fixing (2+12)way Legrand DB enclosure for housing the following i) 1 no.single dial digital timer (Legrand) ii) 1 no. FP pole, power conctractor 40 AMP,(Legrand) iii) 1 no. FP 63A MCB (Legrand) iv) 1 no. auto/manual Toggel Switch v) Copper bar for R,Y, B, N, Earth - 5Nos. vii) Blank cover plate as required [Make: Legrand/ L&T/ Schneider] and other required material. The complete arrangement must be wiring by PVC insulated Cu wire as per GS

Installation of the above pillar box with suitable size brick foundation with hard jhama cement morter soaling at bottom 300mm below GL & 450mm above GL neatly plastered & neat cemented finish incl. painting by best quality 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of RO primer as per direction of the EIC.

Supply & Erection of Single GALVANIZED OCTOGONAL POLE of length as 12 mtr of dimentions as per manufacture design to suitable for wind speed 180 Km/hr. and specifications are mentioned below : A/F -Top (mm) - 90 mm, A/F -Bottom (mm) - 210 mm, Sheet Thick (mm) - 3 mm including Ring Type Brackets (48.3.OD x3.2 ) suitable for Top 70 /90 mm A/F poles to arrange maximum 4-6 Nos. Led Flood Light Luminaries with base plate & Cap etc. in RCC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having base plate size 300x300x16 mm thick, with 4 nos 24 mm foundation bolts (TS-600) of length 750 mm and bolt PCD 300 mm. including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. (Make - Bajaj / Subham / Transrail / Utkarsh)

Supply & Fixing of 240V, 195-200W (Efficacy ≥ 120 Lm/W) Outdoor type Flash LED Flood light luminaire with pressure die cast aluminium housing having inbuilt PSU & SPD (IP66, IK08 protection) with Minimum of 5 years warranty from the date of Installation. Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required

Supply & Delivery of 4 core 70 sqmm aluminium armoured XLPE insulated cable. (Make- Finolex / Polycab / KEI / RR Kabel)

Supply & Delivery of 4 core 50 sqmm aluminium armoured XLPE insulated cable. (Make- Finolex / Polycab / KEI / RR Kabel)

Supply & Delivery of 4 core 10 sqmm aluminium armoured XLPE insulated cable. (Make- Finolex / Polycab / KEI / RR Kabel) (For Pump motor set)

Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

(a) 4 core 10 sqmm

(b) 4 core 50 sqmm

(c) 4 core 70 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

(a) 4 core 10 sqmm

(b) 4 core 50 sqmm

(c) 4 core 70 sqmm

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required - 50 mm dia.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.- For Soft Soil

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages - Solid GI wire

Dismantling steel tubular/Rail/Strut embedded in CC foundation incl. excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delivering, unloading, sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 km

Dismantling of OH line comprising of copper/AAC/ACSR conductor, cross arms / ‘D’ iron clamps / brackets / ‘V’ brackets etc. insulators, earthwire, cradle guard, safety devices, staywire etc., incl. sorting out, rolling the conductors, stacking, loading at site and delivering, unloading , measuring the conductors, sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 km

(a) OH line comprising of 3 phase, neutral, street light phase & earth wire

Less cost for old dismantled unserviceable wiring materials excluding existing LED Street light fittings ₹15000.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties etc including GST. (ii) All materials, accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate will have to be submitted during delivery of the material.
