Construction of suitable Shallow foundation upto 10mtr. Octagonal Pole with M-20 grade concrete for Pole considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC. Erection of Pole by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc. and fixing of foundation bolts , anchor plate etc. with necessary arrangement & Testing & commissioning of all electrical equipment of Pole like led fixtures, MCBs Terminal etc. with necessary connection.

Supply & Delivery of 240V, 500 W LED Flood light luminarie with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection, IK09 and BIS approved silicon filled potted driver for vibration proof. 4 KV internal and 10KV SPD included efficacy >= 130/LPW with all accessories Luminaire should be engraved or embossed with manufacturer's logo and must have 5 year• warranty from OEM. OEM declaration or authorization need to be provided at the time of tender submission from power of attorney holder or authorized signatory not below of Zonal Head and warranty certificate shall be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of material supply.Report shall be provided from manufactures own NABL Lab (Make- Wipro, Cat No.LF46-622-030-57-XX /Suriya, cat No-SLE FL 500W IP66 ZENCELO or equivalent make and model of lighting technology) on existing Pole as per direction of E.I.C. (5 years of Warranty & Light efficacy will not get depreciated less than equal to 70% of the rated value over the lifetime of the Luminaries)

Supply & Fixing of an outdoor feeder pillar box, which will be constructed with a 5 mm thick canopy and a 3 mm thick body made from CRCA sheet steel. The box will include appropriate ventilation, legs, and earthing terminals. It will feature a double-door opening on one side, complete with gaskets and locking mechanisms. The dimensions of the feeder pillar box will be as per the direction of EIC. The installation will include a brick and concrete foundation, positioned 600 mm above ground level and a minimum of 450 mm below ground level. Once the installation is complete, the ground surface around the foundation will be restored using sifted soil to match the original site condition. The feeder pillar box will be powder-coated with an appropriate color as directed by the EIC. The box will incorporate following items: INCOMER: (a) S&F of 415V, 63A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 63 A DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.l (Make LK ) -1no. (b) 415 V, 100 A electrolyte grade 4 nos tinned copper bus bar with vertical section for phase & Nutral Bars.The Bus Bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Shrinkable sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of EIC- 1 Set. OUTGOING:(a) S&F of 415V 32 A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 32 A DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.l (MakeL & T ).-4no. (b) 4 pole 63 A power contactor( Make: LK MCX 12)- 1 no. (c) Digital 24 hour time swich (Make: LK Cat. Supplying of 1.1 KV Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size. [ Make : Polycab / Gloster/ RR Kabel ]

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core [2(a)/F-1 ]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 16 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 4 core 16 sqmm

Cement Concrete road cutting avg. dept. 1.5 ft x avg. width. 1.5ft including mending finishing good damages to original finish concrete floor by net cement concrete.

Inter connection of compound light fittings by 3 core 2.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated copper cable( Finolex/Polycab/RR Kable)from loop box inside the pole to light fittings through pole & bracket with as per direction of EIC

Supply & fixing 40 mm dia HDPE and laying along the pavement as per direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mtr long and 1x 4 SWG trip (Hot Dip),wire (4 Mtr Long )13mm dia x 80 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below By ISI Medium GI pipe
